My GF ordered this for her house for the bedroom. The bedroom has a slanted roof with a beam down the center of the room. The fan seems to be made form good quality. Instructions online explained how to put it together. Only issue was I had to get a new pole online 18 inches. 2 of the cables were able to make it through the pole while the RGB cable was short by 1 inch so had to splice the cable to extend it. Don't know why they don't make them all the same length. Over all am happy with the product. Was able to hang it, put the receiver in and close it up. Started up and runs smooth and cools down the room. You do have to download the app to make it work with wifi or bluetooth and then add it to Alexa. Voice command work great. Only thing I can't fight out yet is how to get it to dimm the lights or slow or speed up the fan with the voice commands.

I purchased 2 of theese i have the same issue with both of them the fan part its self doesn't work on either one of them i have contacted support they were supposed to send new control units and never have the just keep giving me a run around. Im assuming just to run out the return window for Amazon so I'm just stuck with 2 non working units because they won't send 2 replacements that work correctly to replace the ones I have I would strongly consider purchasing from a different seller based on customer support with this one

I wasn't familiar with this brand until recently, but have to say I like the brand so far. This is my second fan by this company and both have been unique in one way or another. The fan blades on this fan are basically plastic, which I wasn't used to either, but it makes the blades easy to clean and wipe down. The large fan blades also create quite a bit of air flow too. This fan is well made, quiet, and installation was standard as a whole. There are two different sized down rods so you can customize what height and angle you want your fan at, which is convenient. The supplied remote came with a wall mount bracket, so you always know where your remote is. The fan is responsive to the remote and the remote has many options to change the lighting, fan speed, timer feature, etc. I have not spent much time playing with the app, but everything works as it should so far. The light is both dimmable and the color can be changed which is fun and adds another element to this ceiling fan. Overall a well made fan that was easy to install, can be customized, and is a good value with the two year warranty and options.

This is a really nice fan. I got it for my teenage sons room. He, like many boys his age, is a gamer and loves RGB lights while he plays. He has a desk and a cabinet that have the same lighting setup so this is a nice complimentary piece. Install was standard, it fit perfectly in the same hole his last light came from. It connects to apps with a QR code, it could not be easier. It comes with a remote but he prefers to use Alexa. There are 6 wind speeds and full spectrum light colors, plus three tones of white. When he's doing homework or reading he uses the bright white light and it's more than enough to illuminate the room. When he gets to gaming he changes the color and makes it respond to music. Honestly I don't know how he does it, that would give me such a headache but he's happy as a clam about it. The colors flash and dance in rhythm with his other lights and his music. Also, the deep black tones are easy to match with any black decor. Great fan, fun lights, excellent air flow. And the price was spot on, it's definitely worth the cost!
