Nice fan. Really like the low profile at @9.25” from the ceiling to the bottom of the light. The install was like any other fan except for I liked how there was plenty of room for the controller and wiring inside of the housing so you don’t feel like your jamming stuff in it like other fans. It is smooth and quiet even on the high speed and puts out great air. The “natural” setting for the fan is a great bonus where the speed changes feeling like you’re outside in the wind. The fan body and blade mounts are all black with your choice of reversible blades in black or gray wood grain pattern. I would definitely buy this fan again and may do so sooner rather than later.

Being very familiar with the brand it's an easy decision to order their ceiling fan when I need one replaced or a new one installed where there wasn't one before. My wife and I own rental units and are always looking to upgrade the fixtures, when possible, specifically with ceilings fans instead of boring light fixture that only offer little in the way of functionality. We were looking to replace a light fixture in the dining room of an upper-level rental unit with a fan that also had a light. When we saw this particular model, a few reasons made it perfect to choose out of so many out there on the market. First and foremost, is the motor being a DC motor which tend to be quieter in general, but we know from prior experience that Fanbulous makes a good strong motor that is in fact very quiet even when on the highest speed level as all we usually hear is the sound of the airflow! So that is an important factor for us when choosing. The second is the size of the room. This dining room is about 12x16 and open so we knew a good size would do and be a good fit and work well as far as commensurate to the space. The 52" seemed the right choice and more so, the fact that this model was a low profile and ceiling flush mount made it tight to the ceiling to give a better feel and more head room away from fan blades. A lot of the decor and accents throughout the rental unit is black and so the black matte finish is what we went with and it blended right into the current color and aesthetic scheme really well. Installation of any ceiling fan is usually all about the existing electrical box and the existing wires inside and how many there are (is it tight and cluttered) in order to judge how difficult or long the install will be. For the sake of Fanbulous they give you all the hardware needed to hook up to standard electrical boxes with room and a very thought-out installation design so you are not holding up a heavy object while needing to attach wires where typically two hands will be required. Mounting plate is good strong quality and mounted to the box easily. Following the included instructions allowed the steps to be performed pretty seamlessly and quickly. Once the plate was on and the wires were attached, the mounting of the down rod, stem and a few other accent pieces were a breeze. It is worthy to note to test out the light and motor before fully assembling any ceiling fan as you want to troubleshoot sometimes without everything already installed as you may need to back track. Please! Learn from my mistakes. Once the initial tests were completed and everything seemed to be working as it should we completed the rest of the assembly and then did one final test including the remote control. This fan is really smooth and looks really great! A nice modern look with a light that has good brightness and the ability to dim which is an added bonus for some low light in the evening time. At 52" and 6 fan blades the airflow is really awesome, and I would not even think for the size room we are using it in we would ever even need to go up to 5 or 6 speed levels as just 3 creates incredible circulation. I stand by this brand and do believe you get a good quality product, and the total package comes with all the amenities and conveniences you could ask for at a much lower price than retail or even others sold online!

The Fanbulous 52 Inch Ceiling Fan is a versatile, and beautiful, addition to any decor. The fan blades are reversible with black on one side, and a brown wood grain look on the other. I live in an old farmhouse, and chose the black sides because the design gives a more "wrought iron" feel I love. The fan installs easily with existing wiring in the ceiling, with just electric skills, but if you aren't sure, you should let a pro install it. Once installed the fan is operated via the included remote, which controls all of the lights many functions. You can adjust light "color" from a cool white, to a warmer yellow/orange, adjust fan speed (6 settings), and even reverse the blades and adjust the dimmer for the mood ! All of these features can also be accessed with your smartphone via Bluetooth ! You don't want to lose this remote, and luckily there is an included hanger to keep the remote safe on the wall like any other switch. Awesome ! The fan moves some serious air, and looks great doing it ! I really love the look of the fan in all black as it does look a lot like wrought iron, and is a great addition to any room, any color scheme. This is an awesome fan for the price, and will provide you many years of use in the home. I give this the "easy 5 star rating" and HIGHLY recommend it !
