To begin, I will outline the advantages of this coffee maker. As mentioned in the title, it produces coffee with remarkable consistency. Additionally, it delivers an exceptional cup of coffee. The brewing process is swift, taking approximately 90 to 120 seconds, depending on the desired cup size. Notably, the coffee is dispensed at a high temperature, ensuring that it remains hot even after adding cold milk. I have also experimented with the cold brew function, which yields an excellent and sophisticated cold brew. I prepared an iced mocha using this method, and the result was exceptionally delightful. Furthermore, this coffee maker is remarkably space-efficient, occupying significantly less space compared to a traditional coffee pot. However, there are a few drawbacks to consider. Firstly, the coffee filter provided appears to be of inferior quality, giving the impression that it could disintegrate at any moment. I bought this coffee pot for a vacation home. It’s not fast but not slow when brewing. I like that the water reservoir tells you how many ounces of water you’re adding so you can choose the correct cup but I don’t like how tiny it is. I started using a pointed measuring cup otherwise when you pour the water in, it tends to spill. It’s easy to remove the pod holder if you want to use your own coffee with the reusable pod filter. The coffee or tea comes out very hot not like the previous coffee maker from another company I had that after brewing the coffee I needed to put it on the microwave to get it hot. I highly recommend you to buy this coffee maker. It comes with various options to brew it strong ,regular, over ice . It is really a big plus this coffee maker. UNIT: Single-serve Brewers, with 30Oz Removable Water Reservoir, 6 to 24Oz Cup Size, Classic Black PROS: GREAT cup of coffee with the single serve option. * ALL of our K-Cups fit. We have San Francisco disposable pods, Keurig pods, & reusable plastic filtered pods that are the newer 5 hole type for our recently deceased Keurig Supreme. * Seems like it will be easy to clean. There are also "Descale" instructions that seem pretty easy. * Water container is easy to remove and replace. NOTE: Water markings are only on the right side. You can set the drip pan section 2 different heights to keep splashing down. You can also remove it for tall "to go" mugs. Oh, and did I mention it makes a GREAT cup of coffee. I use 10 oz. and STRONG setting. CONS: * There seems to be high condensation inside the area where the pod is. (There's a lot of area.) Our old deceased Keurig stopped dripping within a few seconds of making a cup. This one drips for several seconds after that, and when you remove a used pod sometimes there's more dripping-- I guess from all the condensation still inside the pot. I use 1/2 paper towel to catch the drips-- just in case it continues to drip. * Might want to watch a YouTube of "how to open the ground coffee filter" so thta you don't break it. Once you see it done it's pretty easy to open. The main thing is-- there's no marking that says "OPEN", so you don't know where to try to lift up the top.
