I am on my third pair of Costa Del Mar sunglasses in last six years. This is my new favorite pair. First pair were polycarbonate 580P, second pair I upgraded to glass lenses and so glad I did! My previous pair were absolutely awesome, until I dropped them. They were in the case, and it was about midnight and I was on my electric scooter and never heard them fall. Found them next morning and pretty much wanted to cry. Utterly destroyed. The sunglasses are extremely narrow but perhaps the show stopper is the glare on the inside of the lenses, it seems there is absolutely no coating compared to something like Maui Jim and ray ban, it’s mind boggling that people rave about costa when these have the optics quality of $20 gas station glass. Great glasses! I have the Bloke’s and love them, so I decided to give these a try. Not a fan of spring hinger, but these are fairly good.
