For $1579 total for all 3 pieces real leather I feel good value for the money. Ordered December 17 delivered December 31 the man came hour earlier than scheduled and my helper wasn’t here to assist me and the man was kind enough to bring them in my townhouse for me. Was easily assembled came in 3 boxes. The one seater does recline all the way back into an almost laying position but is not a recliner (which I knew from reading helpful reviews) but overall they look great, recliner fine. They seem sturdy. they do seem firm (mainly the couches ) but it could just be where I’ve had a microfiber couch for years (I added blankets to protect from animal hair that helped a little lol) but overall satisfied

This set completely exceeded my expectations. First… assembly was very easy., you just have to attach the backs. The color is beautiful and it is obviously very sturdy. I’m tall so the seat height is lovely too. I have a pug and a chipoo so one thing I worry about is them sitting on the footrest without it collapsing. It does not! So I am very pleased! The color is not too dark and the right amount of light for me. I highly recommend!

Customer service for this seller is good, I give them 5☆☆☆☆☆... But... The stitching of these sofas is not the greatest, in person... you can see crooked stitching & some stitches are way too tight where it pulls on the material & it tore. In one area you can see missed stitching that left holes. I'm disappointed I received 3 parts of the sofa [armrests] with small holes in them, which I hope don't end up tearing up. Also, the gap between back seat sections is too thin, it doesn't really cover the gaps. The flap at the bottom of the sofas where it cover the hardware is a bit more than 4" short... you can see the black hardware. I don't use the recliner feature only my husband & he doesn't like that when he reclines if he moves [like pickup his head] the sofa/chair move from reclined to almost upright, it doesn't stay reclined unless you're still. 😬🤦🏻♀️ Overall, not bad, but definitely not what I was expecting. The color of the set [cream/off white] is actually nice & they're comfortable.

The quality was amazing. You won’t find anything better quality at this price. Very easy to put together! I had the couch, loveseat, and chair, all put together in less than 5 min. I was really worried about the quality. But it’s amazing. Customer Service went above and beyond when the delivery person postponed. I was really sad because I was really looking forward to my new living room furniture. She contacted them and got back with me. She let me know how old it worked. Couldn’t ask for better customer service.
