Super easy to use, may require you to be tech savvy because instructions do not provide enough details as to how the lights work. It automatically has set up the motion sensors, you do not have to do anything to activate them. They are light sensitive so long as you are relatively in the dark, they will activate. I have them under my kitchen cabinets and they last me a solid two weeks before I need to charge them. I even have some in the hallway for the cats, so that they are not always in the dark. It makes me feel bougie, and because they are magnetic, I can immediately pulling off and use it as a flashlight. I bought this back in July, and they still work just fine, definitely more than I had a bargained for. -Also they make great flashlights because they connect magnetically ;) Edit: This is how the lights work. One tap on the power button gives you 15 ish seconds of light. After it is already on, hold down on the power button and you can adjust the light setting (More battery time with lower light). Two taps on the power button gives you at least ten minutes of light. Two taps again, and you can set it back to “motion sensor” mode (the light may turn off). Tab on the power button once and you can turn it “off”( however the motion sensors may automatically activate after this). ... show more

I'm not all that easy to please -- and I like these. (Granted, I only put them up yesterday, so I can't speak to how well they stay charged.) The lights arrive with some charge already. (I don't know how much.) I went ahead and fully charged them before installing. Pros: They add just the right amount of light for me in kitchen workspace, where I attached them to the underside of upper cabinets. They were very easy to attach. 2 metal magnetized brackets of each light. The brackets are what adheres to the surface. I attached the brackets to the light before sticking them to the cabinets. The light is easy to remove from the brackets. Cons: The motion detector seemed ify... Each of the 2 lights gave me some trouble at first. I'm not sure what I did, but the motion detector started working without a ton of trouble. They come on if I get near, but go off if I don't stay there working. That's fine. ... show more

I did a lot of research and am glad I did...these lights delivered on all the features I was looking for. They're well-designed and feel good in the hand. They work as promised...the motion detectors are efficient and the dimmer switch is responsive and easy to use. They were easy to attach and so far - are firmly adhered to the surface. I was hoping to have the lights be unnoticeable and ordered these because they were the thinnest I could find - you can't see them at all, which is almost a shame since again, they're well-designed and look good. My only complaint is that they come 2 to a package but only come with one charger. I'd really like a 2nd charger! ... show more

The lights put off a nice amount of light when fully charged and look great. I have them under cabinets on my wine bar and the adhesion with magnetic brackets works great. Unfortunately, when on motion detection the lights turn off quite quickly. Also, I have a really hard time having them stay in constant-on mode. They always turn off. Lastly, they do not hold a charge long so they become dimmer only after a couple of hours. Unfortunately, I'm going to have to find different lights that will stay on longer for ambiance etc. ... show more

Got these put them up under our cabinets in our kitchens I was not sure if I liked them but then I went in the middle of tge night and as I walked they kicked on and I decided I love them. Now we have some in a few of the cabinets that did not have lights installed . Our house was built in 1954 so it does not have manythings you might put in a house built today. These work great motion sensored and nice and bright I recommend them. ... show more
