I have been a Snailax customer for several years now. I own a full size back massage chair and a small massager for neck and back. This model heats and massages and is easy to use. It comes well packaged and includes an adapter and manual. I use mine every morning for 15 minutes before work and it loosens my lower back muscles to start the day.
