Easy to install on picture and adjust the tension once on the picture to hang. 1 not so negative but would've given a 5 if the wall fixture was included in the hardware. You still need to buy something to put on/in the wall to hang picture on.

The design of these picture hangers is good, especially the wire length adjusting mechanism. There is one thing that you should consider replacing before you get started. The screws are cheap and made of soft metal. Despite pre-drilling, the head slots disintegrated before the brackets could be tightened flush against the frame.
