A great value for the money. Assembly was super easy; however, I do recommend buying a "T handle" hex driver set rather than using those included. Get the MM set at Harbor Freight for a pentance and it will save a lot of wrist labor. The chair assembly comes with two L shaped hex wrenches, but they are a bit small for the amount of torque and number of times required to be used. Still, once assembled, the appearance is great, as is the studiness and quality. I can sit in this chair for hours and not get aches from it if you need another office chair, upgrade and treat yourself to one of these. I'd go for the tanish color shown here. Waited for over 4 weeks to send review to make sure it was all I wanted it to be. I work 10-12hr shifts 7 days solid, off a few and back at it. So sitting so long periods a day even though I try to stand often. The fist day I used I could not believe how much better my back and hips felt but was concerned that after a day or two it would feel like before. Happy to report that I’m still as comfortable after over 4 weeks of long hour use! First of all it is beautiful! Very good workmanship it seems. The color is a pretty light cream. Legs are very sturdy metal, it comes with two sets of wheels- traditional and inline. I use the inline because it rolls on thicker carpet well. Note, most chairs you have to purchase these separate! The seat is wonderful! I did not expect it to be as nice and comfy as it is! You can see by the pictures that even after long use hours for over 4 weeks it still looks fresh and new! I love having the coils and foam on the seat, it feels like you are sitting on nice living furniture! Lumbar adjusts to several levels and the knob on side is easy to use. I love how it fits the curve of your back and helps with proper alignment! One of my non-negotiables was arms that raise- I like to sit close to desk area and lotus or cross legged in chairs and with the arms raising I can do easily! I’m 5’6” and the chair fits me well, various heigh adjustments are an option. Burt is 6’1” and he can adjust to sit comfortably as well. An adjustment know on the bottom of seat allows you to adjust tension for how easily you can recline. I have pictures of sitting as straight as it can and reclined to furtherest position for your reference. It does not stay locked in a reclined position but body weight allows you to recline and stretch easily. I’m 59 years old and assembled by myself in less than 25 minutes. Every thing needed was in the box along with 2 sets of wheels to choose from and extra hardware. It has exceeded my expectations. Very happy with chair. The only thing I would change is ability to sit a little straighter and lock the recline position. This is my personal purchase and review, I’m not a Vine Reviewer. UPDATE- I have used this chair now for many months and it is by far the most comfortable and supportive office chair I have owned. It’s the talk of the office and other coworkers have purchased one for themselves based of my recommendation. I am tempted to update from 4 to 5 stars but the lack of ability to raise or lower the arm rests and the stains I spoke about in the original review kept me from clicking on that 5th star. Sooo close though. So. Close! :-) First, the good; after purchasing, and returning several chairs, this one is a keeper. It's comfy, solid, and looks like a quality chair. I'll update this review after I actually use this chair at work for a few weeks. I sit for 9+ hours per day and have herniated discs in my neck and back, so comfort and support are key. I'm 5' 6", and I don't have to raise this chair much, to get it to the height that is most comfortable for me. The roller blade wheels are pretty spiffy, make the chair easy to glide on all surfaces, and are much nicer than the standard plastic wheels that office chairs come with. I put this chair together myself within 30 minutes. My cats helped, which is why it took so long. Now the bad; although very well-packaged and wrapped really well, came with a large scratch on the top of the base where you insert the wheels. This piece wasn't resting against anything metal in the box and the plastic bubble wrap it was wrapped in wasn't damaged, so it had to be damaged before packaging. The base is metal, not plastic, so it's very visible because it's scratched off the black paint. Also, there are numerous grease stains all over the seat and seat back (both front and back of the seat back) that I cannot wash off. I have tried many different methods and the leather is permanently stained. This baffles me because each component of the chair was wrapped in plastic and all my plastic wrapping was intact. I paid $250 dollars for this chair and it's permanently stained, which really ticks me off. However, since the grease stains don't affect functionality, it's just visually unappealing, I'm not knocking off any stars for that. I'll take this issue up separately with the company. My stars are based on the comfort of the chair, the level at which this chair met my expectations, the sturdiness, the look/style of the chair, and the functions of the chair. ... show more

I have been looking for a computer chair for months that would look nice, be comfortable and support my back and not break the bank. I am 5'10", 210# and now that I am retired I spend more time at the computer than I care to admit. After reading the reviews I decided on the EZAKI high back chair. The chair arrived by Fed Ex in 6 days from California which I thought was a little long however I live in Michigan and it traveled over the Thanksgiving holiday. The box arrived in excellent condition and upon opening found the chair to be carefully packaged. Assembly can always be a nightmare for me and I was dreading it. I was pleasantly surprised with the detailed instructions that came and how the parts were all labeled and came with a allen wrench tool. After 30 minutes of effortless assembly my new chair was complete and ready to try. I have had many office chairs in my lifetime and I can honestly say this is the best chair for the money spent of all of them. The seat cushion is thick and soft. The lumbar is very comfortable on my aging back and the armrests are also comfortable. The chair is extremely sturdy and rolls great with the supplied roller blade wheels. Arrived earlier than expected, and not a bad thing, as my old chair had lost its height compression and was driving me crazy! The box was a bit on the hefty side, so it felt like quality right from the start. It came very well packed, and after taking a few minutes to read the well-written instructions (not bad for a typical guy, eh?), I laid all the pieces out, and with the supplied "T" wrench, it took me all of about 20 minutes to put together. What do I like? It feels like solid quality. The arm rests are at a good height for me (5'10") and, when I want to play my guitars, they swing up and out of the way. The large rubber wheels glide as quietly as can be on my hardwood floors, and the lumbar support is a welcome goodie. In a world of office chairs, it's hard to pick one that fits the bill (especially sight-unseen) I spend hours at my desk at home and was tired of trying chair after chair that claim to be much more comfortable than they are. Wrong height, poor support, don't lean comfortably, cheesy plastic wheels, I was tired of all of it. I decided to spend the money and try the EZAKI High back office chair to try and resolve my chair-problems once and for all and am so happy I did! The chair shipped fast, and took all of about 10 minutes to put together. I can tell already that the quality is way beyond the competitors that I've already tried and it's features are exactly what I needed. The height adjustment is right, the lumbar support is easily adjustable, and the option to lean back is really easy. Most chairs need weeks/months to get "broken-in" to be comfortable, but this chair is great right out of the box. The padding is plush, but supportive; the leather is soft, but durable, and the wheels roll much more smoothly than typical plastic wheels (which are included if you prefer) and they will not damage my hardwood floors. The most convenient part of this chair is the ease in which the arms fold up and the chair can be pushed in under a typical desk (I always hated that I could never push my chair in all the way!)
