We have an Australian shepherd. For those who know, ‘nuff said. Dog hair is the bane of my existence - sorry, WAS! This thing is a lifesaver! Works exactly as promised, efficient, powerful, super easy setup. It tucks away discreetly wherever you want with plenty of cord length, and set to auto, it is ready to use at a moments notice with a quick sweep of a broom. No trips back and forth to empty a dustpan, no fighting to get that last bit of dust or crumbs in the dustpan, it even cleans the broom off for you! So I purchased the ‘used like new’ with details stating packaging damage. Got the product and it was broken. Like inner pieces cracked off (nothing to do with packaging). Reached out to eyevacs and they said the one I bought was out of the one year warranty based off the lot number, but after showing a verification picture (specifically instructed how to take said photo) they sent me an entire new unit at no cost. The new unit works amazing. It is loud for a vacuum (think large shop-vac loud) but it is strong and cleans off the broom bristles no problem. It doesn’t take larger particles well (paper/cardboard my dog has ripped up) but the fur vanishes instantly. I would definitely buy it for friends/family. There is a proximity sensor (if you have it on that mode) and it scared the bajeezez out of my cat, but I’m terrible and found it hilarious. You can have it on manual mode to avoid pets seeing it off when they walk too close (you tap a button on the front and it runs for like 10 seconds or something- didn’t time it).

I purchased this after seeing it at my hairdressers. I have had this for going on five years and use it all the time. No issues whatsoever. You push the button with your foot to activate the vacuum and sweep the debris near the opening for the vacuum to pull it in. The suction is substantial. I have three dogs and I sweep all the time so (as you can see from the photo) this is a handy device and makes sweeping a breeze!

This stand type vacuum works well, but it is very loud when it comes on so if you have pets who are sensitive to loud noises, you may have to work with them to get them accustomed to the loud sound of the suction. It's easy to empty though, and looks cool sitting in the corner of the room. It's kind of like having R2D2 sucking up your dog hair and other stuff from the broom. Very good product all in all.

I have the Robo floor cleaner but it's small compartment that holds dust and dander needs cleaning way too often. This new product has about a gallon size storage container ! It's not huge and bulky, fits nicely in a corner and yes a little loud like a wet vac but I'm fine with it, I don't clean when it's sleep time. Bagless is bonus ! It does have a filter to clean out but easy access and storage container is easily detachable. Sucks up cat or dog dander and no problem sucking up cat liter granules. 1400 watt suction is powerful, my hubby said the basement lights dimmed off and on when I used it so it must draw some electric for that power. Sweep towards the front of this machine and watch it get immediately sucked up with no hesitation. A luxury !! Well made and has cord long enough to work with, really easy to use !
