No, thank you! With a sigh of disappointment, I returned the "smart" product to Amazon and embarked on a quest to find a more straightforward power strip with ample connections and USB ports. As fate would have it, I stumbled upon the Hanycony 12 Plug Power Strip with USB during a "Lightning Sale," and it checked all the right boxes. It had 12 outlets, a 5-foot braided power cable, 4 USB Type-A ports, well-spaced outlets, surge protection, and most importantly, no intrusive features. Still craving some "smart" functionality, I purchased 4 Govee Dual Smart Outlets, a brand I've trusted for other products/needs, and they fit perfectly with this power strip – a divine pairing indeed. Thanks to the spacious design of the outlets, I managed to fit an additional 8 smart outlets on top of the strip. Controlling various devices in my computer area has never been easier, with an Android tablet screen serving as my command center. Though the power strip has been a game-changer, it's not without its minor shortcomings. For instance, it uses USB 1.0 ports instead of the more current USB 3.0 and lacks USB-C ports. These are trivial concerns, as I rarely use the USB ports in the first place. Additionally, I spotted a small burn mark on one outlet upon unboxing, but it didn't impact the functionality. Lastly, the absence of proper mounting brackets was a bit concerning, given my power strip's location atop a 6-foot cabinet. I've made do with using clamps for stability. The Hanycony 12 Plug Power Strip with USB is a fantastic option for anyone seeking a basic power strip that packs a punch in a compact space. It has been a reliable companion in managing my myriad of devices, and I appreciate the added surge protection for peace of mind. This power strip has earned my wholehearted recommendation.

This finally organized all the power cords behind our TV set up. So many have transformers on the plug and each one would take up two spaces on a regular power strip. I mounted this to the wall behind the TV and oh what a difference it has made. Very happy to have found this. And the USB port is just right to power the Fire stick, eliminating one of the bulky transformers.

This thing is a beast! It has 12 outlets & 2 usb As & 2 usb Cs. Love how there's 6 outlets on the side & 6 outlets on top. Can plug in all my stuff & not fight what plug goes where. Has some weight to it, feels very sturdy.-- I don't like the plug itself for the power strip, it's at a vertical 45° angle which it can make it a pain to plug into some outlets.
