This is great quality! I'm super impressed with it there are so many ways you can hook this to a wall at the very back of the unit there is a space where if you put screws in the wall you could hook it up to that or there is around space that you can hook it up to which is what I'm going to use check out my video and you can see! This is for an area where the surge protection is very important and I don't want something taking up a lot of space so it's got a very flat profile and the way the plugs are situated on this is very convenient. Maybe you have plugged things in before and found one plug is too large since the housing is oversized and you can't fit it next to the others, will you won't have that problem here because you've got five outlets on one side that are next to each other that are good for something smaller like a lamp plug and then on the other side you have three Outlets which are spaced for those larger plugs so they thought about that. I like that the switch for the surge protector is clearly visible right dead center and on the other end of it you have two USB plugs. The cord is very sturdy and secure and I feel good about using this item. Check out my video to see what it looks like and I hope that helps! Highly recommend!

Overall, a nice device and looks good in a garage and has plenty of outlets for connections including USB if I ever decide to use them but weren't really necessary for my use. We'll see how long it lasts but so far it functions well and looks good. Mounting the device was a bit challenging though as I was mounting it to a concrete wall and not drywall. The issue is that the holes for the mounting screws on the backside are inadequate in my opinion as it will only take a small screw-head, one for each side. So, from a design aspect and it being labeled "Heavy Duty" and assumed to be durable, this would be a weak point in design. After seeking alternative mounting options and the cost that would be involved just to get it mounted would probably be more than the device itself if you want it to look professional and be durable. So, my engineering mind went to work and observed the end wings on the device. Three of the wings were solid and one has a hole in it assuming to allow for a cord to be inserted. Once on the wall, I'm not sure if it the hole is practical or not but determined to be useless for my application. What I did was drill holes in the solid wings to utilize Tapcon screws for mounting into a concrete wall. Unfortunately, it took me longer to figure all this out to come up with this idea than it did to install it once I made the necessary modifications for installation. Once modifications were done, the whole process took me about 10 minutes to install including drilling the holes in the wall. Once installed, it's a beast and isn't going anywhere and no concern of it being pulled or falling off the wall. Even if I had been mounting to a drywall application, I would have still considered an alternative mounting process. This seems to be a common issue on just about any product made these days is the design and or parts supplied for installation not being adequate for longevity installation. So, most of the time, I use my own parts or modify the product so it will stay put.

this is a good power strip. I had bought one about 6 months ago when we got a new microwave...when I needed another I went right back and ordered two more of these. solid quality. Nice for wall mounting, and the added USB ports save you from having to dedicate a socket to a phone charger.

so far so good. we have had it a couple of months now and it is doing exactly what it was purchased for. I believe it is a pretty strong little power strip. we have battery packs charging and telephones and what ever needs to be plugged in. I like the way it has plenty of room on both sides
