This is an awesome product. First read the description, flat plug, 6 outlets, surge protection, etc. So that checks all the boxes for most people. Then my favorite part is the cable itself - it is super durable and very flexible. It is not going to be a hard plastic/rubber cable that many extension cords are made of. This is an interior electrical solution so no need for heavy duty waterproof material. This is a very comfortable looking, sleek powerstrip. The plug is very flat, you can place furniture right up against your outlets and only lose 1/2 inch in clearance due to the plug. These two power strips don't resemble any that I've had before. They have a long length (12 ft.) and the cord is made of a rather attractive and sturdy material that looks woven, they have more outlets than I need (6) which assures me I won't be overloading the amount of power I use, they include 2 USP outlets which no power strip in my past EVER included, and provide surge protection which is important to me as we have a LOT of lightning where we live during monsoon time, and last, but not least, they have a flat plug to fit flush behind a large cabinet. Notice the placement of the slots. I hate it when I have a power strip with multiple outlets, but can't use them all because some plugs are too big and block other outlets. This power strip has solved that problem, and it also looks nicer than your standard power strip.
