Very happy with this steel-wrapped water hose. The material and quality are good, the fittings are water-tight and secure, and it works like it should. It comes with rubber washers and teflon tape, in case you need it for the fittings. I haven't needed to use them. I like this style of hose for more permanent type installations -- in this case, burying it a few inches deep along the edge of the house to get water to soaker hoses in the front landscaping. I was initially reluctant to try this 12-foot stainless steel garden hose because I've always used traditional rubber hoses. However, this hose has far exceeded my expectations in terms of quality and ease of use. Given the intense Texas sun, I was worried about the water overheating and damaging my plants. Thankfully, the continuous flow of water prevents any excessive heating. The stainless steel construction is brilliant, ensuring the hose is incredibly durable and resistant to splits or leaks. Despite being made of metal, this hose is surprisingly flexible. Its snake-like design allows it to bend and twist effortlessly without kinking or forming knots. Maneuvering the hose around the garden is easy, and it never gets tangled. Although the hose is only 12 feet long, I find this length perfect for watering my garden or connecting to a sprinkler. The connector ends are particularly impressive, featuring strong, durable plastic grips that make attaching the hose to a faucet, sprayer, or another hose simple and hassle-free. This is great. Very easy to use. It is very light weight and does not knot up or kink. I like the 10 foot length as it gets me to the back of my yard without a lot of excess. I do reccomend.

I was intrigued when I saw this stainless steel hose, and decided to give it a try. I knew that it would be durable, but it is a bit shorter than a standard hose. I keep mine connected to a cleaning brush that I use on the outside of the house. I don’t worry about it getting damaged and it doesn’t get kinks. This is my first expandable hose and I'm impressed. It stores easily in the included bag, I didn't have any issues getting it in the bag. My husband has some how not tangled this hose up, which is a miracle. Since it's lightweight, he is more likely to put it away. If it makes it through a summer in Texas, then I'll order another one. It's a 100' hose, which should be suitable for most yards. I like the brass fittings. There is a shutoff on the hose which makes it easy to change out the sprayer without having to turn off the water. ... show more

I have to replace my hoses about every 2 years. I was amazed at the quality of this stainless steel. THe diameter looks a tad smaller than "normal" rubber type hoses. Yet, the flow is really good. I LOVE the tough black necks on each end! I have already order two more to attach to this one. I really wanted to get a 25ft-30ft but they did not have this size. So far the attachment of 2 extras to extend the length is working great and they do not leak at the connection points. VERY HAPPY WITH THESE!!! ... show more
