Exceptional customer service.

**5 Stars - Exceptional Customer Service from Justin at Bunji Solutions!** I recently ordered the Furrion Vision S Wireless RV Cameras (Amber Right and Left Side Cameras), which were advertised as new. Unfortunately, the product arrived in an open box and appeared to be used. While this was disappointing, the response from Justin at Bunji Solutions completely turned the situation around. Justin responded to my concern immediately—on the same day—and sincerely apologized for the mix-up. He explained that he is actively working to correct errors with mislabeled products and took full responsibility for the issue. Without hesitation, he processed a full refund for my order and told me I could keep the product, saying, *“You are welcome to dispose of the product in any way you see fit or keep it and try to make it work to your standards—whatever you prefer.”* This resolution was more than I asked for and far exceeded my expectations. Justin’s professionalism, quick response, and willingness to make things right demonstrate exceptional customer service. I highly recommend Bunji Solutions and would gladly do business with them again, thanks to Justin’s outstanding support. Thank you, Justin, for going above and beyond! ... show more

This makes hauling a RV safer, better view than mirrors.

38’ 5th wheel 2023 Ahara Very easy to install on my RV. Pairing these S cams was simple. The picture quality and view is excellent with “night vision” I found the price to be well worth it. It connected to monitor fast. Great quality and they look nice. All functions work seamlessly! I would purchase this again. ... show more

Works Great but Cannot Adjust View
Size: Standard
I bought the cameras with the intent of having the ability of looking down by the side of the RV to check for clearance in tight turning situations. The cameras work great but the angle is pointing a little further away from the RV and not necessarily down the side. I cannot see the side of the RV to judge my distance away from objects so I just use the edge of the view monitor as a side reference. Also note that you can only view all three cameras on the screen for a few second before it defaults back to the last full view. This appears to be a bandwidth issue and will cause the video to lag if all three were able to stay on full time. Other than that the cameras work great ... show more

Easy to install
Size: Standard
Easy to install and use. Purchased roughly a year ago, no issues. Installed them with the rear camera and 7" Display. I rarely use the side marker cameras mainly because my GMC automatically displays a side view whenever you use the turn signals. Our 21' Jayco was pre-wired for the Furrion camera system. I always use the backup camera. I highly recommend it. ... show more

Viewing angle mounting Modification so you can view the side of a camper.
Size: Standard
Review Image by Satisfied Customer Satisfied Customer
I could not see the side of my camper with my left and right side marker cameras so I fabricated plastic shims you can buy on Amazon or at your local hardware store to change the angle. I probably could have gotten away with just two shims but it works. Not the prettiest but I don't think it looks awful and you could probably just shim just one side of the camera and caulk the gap? Anyway it worked for me, now I can see not only the side of my camper, but also my blindspots. I did reach out to Furrion tech support and asked them if the sold a "wedge" or shims suited to accomplish this change of viewing angle but they told me they didn't. I think they are missing an opportunity here because I have seen several reviews both here and elsewhere that customers are uphappy with the viewing angle like me. In fact several customers ending up buying another brand for this very reason. Furrion could easily manufacture an angle wedge similar to what is available for the ring doorbell cameras ) Easy fix, I just wish Furrion would address this angle issue. ... show more

Great upgrade
Size: Standard
This is a great upgrade for my Furrion system. I had to take a trip with my 28’ Gulfstream alone so it was great to have 3 cameras going especially in some tight gas stations.
