I thought it would be heavy and hard to roll back up but that could not be further from the truth. It is so light! Rolling it back up is a breeze. I have just received the product and have not used it yet. Packaging and material looks good and it is lightweight as described. The brass fittings look sturdy and I like rubber cover verses the cloth-type covering on the hose itself. The mounting bracket is plastic, not sure how that will hold up. Everything is as described. At first, the hose felt too grippy/sticky but after it got wet/ soiled, that issue went away. Time will tell if it really is a better oroduct.

Works well. Expands and contracts similar to cloth covered hose we had previously. One less star due to rubber surface is slightly harder to move around and pick up than cloth covered surface. But if this means better durability, I’ll take it. Time will tell.

Doesnt kink up to stop water flow but will roll up making the hose not want to stay put. after awhile rolled up in the wall mounted hose spindle the roll up will work itself out probably.

It's light weight, expandable and feels like it will last longer than the cloth like expandable hoses I've had before and it's replacing. I haven't used it long term yet though, so hope it holds up over time.
