Excellence 41-jet 188 port lounger spa from Aqualife by Strong Spas Seats up to 4 people at once with integrated headrests and a full-body lounger seat. With Bluetooth integrated sound system connectivity, the Excellence spa lets you stream music and audiobooks from your smartphone while you relax. **Reviewing after 1 week of use. The great: -the jets are very strong especially if you are in it alone and turn off all jets except for the lounger. -The lights and sequence are very relaxing and there is a strobe setting if you are looking for a party -Heavy duty (900 pounds) so will need at least 3-4 people to help move -The cover is heavy and can stand on it with it supporting your weight -Comes with the first filter so once powered on you are ready to go -Can fit 3 people easily. 4 is a bit cramped -Efficient heater and doesn't use much power -Great value for price! -Only hot tub I could fit for the dimensions needed in my 3 season room The not so great: -Speakers, while Bluetooth, are a bit spotty and not best sound. I didn't buy it for the speakers so doesn't bother me at all -Cover has nowhere to clip to so just sits on top the tub. Very good at keeping temperature though -cupholders are on top of the filter and need to reach across to grab a drink. Would be nice to have additional cupholders -Delivery came a week earlier than expected so hard to get a crew to move it but made it work ... show more

What a joy! Exactly what I was hoping for. I was skeptical about purchasing such a big item over Amazon. I was so anxious that i tried to cancel the order within 2 hours and it declined. If anybody is looking for a hot tub, I would recommend buying them from this company. My hot tub was delivered yesterday and my electrician is putting it together and so far no problems. The cover was damaged and I contact the company and they already refunded me plus the tax. I’m extremely happy. I hope you would take the opportunity to get a hot tub from this company. ... show more

Great Hot Tub, the replacement filter for this Hot Tub is the Pleatco PWW50L or the Unicell 4CH-949. This information was not included with the instructions, but it was easy to contact the Seller for this filter replacement information. Very sturdy design with an excellent spa tub surface that is not as slippery as polished acrylic, plus it is easy to clean and care for when you change the water. The tub is very functional and very well built for the two of us. We really love the multiple jets it has and the configurations you can choose from. We live in a colder climate and would have preferred a thicker spa cover, but it will do until we require a replacement, as the manufacturer does not offer spa cover options. ... show more
