As the description says, it is limited to clearing up to 6 inches; if the snow is higher it’ll shut off. It’s lightweight and good if you have back issues. Easy to put together. The only thing missing is the ability to change the direction of where the snow goes.

This works extremely well and is lightweight and easy to use. It's great for small awkward jobs like clearing the mailbox, and walkways and places where the snow falls from the roof. I have used it effectively in the most recent storms that dropped 18 inches of snow. No back ache!

Works amazingly great...actually plowed through an 11 in. powdery snow fall. Accidentally bumped into a piece of fire wood didn't hurt it! I'm sure it will breeze through 6 inches or less with ease. Purchased primarily to clear a path on my new composite deck...no scratches or scrapes. Not too heavy, just right for its size.

It started out working pretty well, but halfway through my driveway, the belt started slipping more and more. It was about 6-8 inches of snow, but I was holding it at an angle attacking 2-3 inches at a time.

It is small but that was what i was looking for. I didn't want anything too heavy. Works great. Easy to use. Saves a lot of time. TIP: Don't leave it out in the cold when your done. The snow will freeze up the blade.

The media could not be loaded. I live in southern New York. The winters get a bit of snow but nothing crazy. Usually not more than 2-3 inches at a time. I got tired of shoveling and stressing my back so i decided to give this product a try. I was incredibly disappointed by how weak the motor was and how little power the shovel offered. I used it the last couple days in about 3 inches of light / non wet snow. I figured the electric shovel would cut right through it. Boy was I wrong. It functioned for 2-3 seconds at a time, the motor laboring to fight thru the minimal snow, before it would shut off. Every 3 seconds i had to release the trigger button and push it back down. It became very frustrating and ended up taking longer than shoveling with a manual shovel. This product definitely is not marketed properly and if you’re hoping for any significant assistance with your shoveling, you’ll have to look to a more powerful product. I am returning immediately and investing a bit more money in a proper snow blower because this thing barely helped at all. Also emailed customer service and gave them a chance to try and make it right but no response.

At 80 yrs I thought this was a Great idea but was too heavy for me and didn’t work so great in 4 inches of snow. My dog loved the shooting snow though. We both looked like abdominal snowmen before I was done. I so wanted this to work but for me it didn’t and I gave it to my daughter. Was easy to put together & held a charge for a long time too.
