  • Good investment
Easy to put together, easy to push, clears snow well. The "sleds" under the blower Shute cause a 1/2 in gap in snow throwing which needs to be shoveled. Over all good investment.

  • bad advertisement
The description states heated handles, led lights etc. Received and NO heated handles, also looks very cheap and flimsy, Chute doesn't turn the way it should

  • Snowblower came slightly damaged
The order tracking was easy and correct. It came ahead of scheduled time, right before the future snowstorm. The assembly was relatively easy; previous reviews that I read helped (attach the wires before the handle placement). The blower started with one pull. I downgraded this product because it came damaged (the entire plug guard front was bent - see pictures). No damages in the box were noticed. I think the box was sitting face down and thin metal of the guard bent under the snowblower weight. Bad packaging... Also, plastic shoot makes terrible noises when turned. I do not know how long it will last. And turning the blower around the corner is difficult. ... show more

  • Quality Control Is Disappointing
When it works, it's great but that's IF it works. The Good: It seems to throw snow really well, which is exactly what I wanted it for. The self-drive is a blessing when it works (more on that below). The power is good. Assembly wasn't very difficult and was pretty straight-forward to me. The Meh: No heated handles, but who cares I'm wearing gloves. The electric start means you have to plug it into an outlet to start it (not a push button starter). I'm not planning on doing that so I'm just pull starting it. The Bad: Two separate things broke on it within the first two days of using it. First, the forward/reverse lever bolt jiggled loose while operating it and fell off on my driveway somewhere in the snow, now lost forever. I found some replacement bolts in my shop, but that shouldn't happen. Second, the self-drive just stopped working and I'm not really sure why. It was working fine, then all of sudden stopped. The forward/reverse lever is all the way forward and pulling the engage handle just does nothing now. It was acting a little weird the first time I used it so I'll have to play around with it to figure out why it's not engaging, but it was sub-zero outside and I didn't feel like messing with it. Overall: I'm a little disappointed things are already breaking on it and I've only used it 1 1/2 times. The self-drive stopped working halfway through my second time and I just pulled out the shovel to finish. The value for the money at $600 doesn't seem worth it at the moment. Hopefully I can get it working again but the point of buying this was to make my job easier not give me another fix-it project immediately and still have to shovel my drive. ... show more

  • Easy to assemble works well
Comes packed nicely in a box easy to assemble. Throw on the handlebars and the snow chute and it's ready to go. I have only used it once so far in snow, but it fires up instantly with the electric start and it throws snow 30+ft. This unit was 40% cheaper than a comparable size and feature snow blower from Lowe's or home Depot, and it was dropped off at my door. The website says 2 year warranty as well. ... show more

  • Great machine
Worked great with 5 inches of snow. Why didn't I get this sooner? Is the only question I ask myself after years of hand shoveling or messing with a corded "snow shovel" hand held snowblower. What used to take 30 minutes to an hr is down to 15 minutes tops. Only issue is the "plug in" electric start. You need a short extension cord that you can modify the end on... Shave the plastic off to make it fit into the plug on the snow blower. The plug on the motor is only big enough for the end. This means that the normal outdoor cords you need to shave off the bottom plastic protection that the majority of the outdoor plugs have(simple fix, but the description doesn't include detailed info. I got a pack of 3 foot extension cord, and modified one.. just leave it plugged into the snow blower for easier use. ... show more

  • Don't buy it
Hands down the worst piece of machinery i have ever owned. Worked good one time. And ever since its been more trouble than its worth. The auger cable snapped on about the 6th time i tried to use it. So I get to be hunched over pulling whats left of the cable to try to get the job done. Now about 5 days after that the self propelled capabilities have stopped working. I just had to drag it back into my garage where im now sitting in my car writing this. The thing is definitely only worth about what it costs. I'll never buy anything from this brand again. Absolutely unacceptable how many problems this thing has. Now that im done with this review, its 9 degrees out and blizzard conditions and now I have to shovel my quarter mile driveway. ... show more
