Very poor design ~~ The way it is shipped, it is very "Top Heavy" ~ I shortened the seat mounting post {cut it off} by 3-inches>>> That lowered the seat to an acceptable height... Also had to drill new holes in the sat mounting plate - the seat was very close to the handlebars making it hard to steer. It is geared too high - will not come up my Handicapped ramp... Works properly only on a hard surface - such as a roadway ~~ does poorly on grass or on the lawn. I should have returned it, buy decided to "make-do" with it....... ... show more

    • Huge Safety Issue
Do Not purchase this recreational scooter. Unsafe for anyone to operate. The seat is way too high, cause it to be top heavy and quite wobbly. I biffed it my 2nd time riding it outside cutting my lip and chipping my tooth. I've been in a wheelchair my entire life and have more than 25 years experience operating power chairs. My friend, who is a restorative therapy student and has worked in a nursing home for several years, commented on the high seat upon seeing it for the first time. A guy in my building who expressed interest in buying it from me and who also has mobility issues took it out for a short test run also said it was too wobbly when driving. He changed his mind about buying it from me. I caused some minor cosmetic damage when I tipped it, so I am unable to return it to Amazon. So, now I am stuck with one really expensive clothes / coat rack / extra living room chair. ... show more

FOR THE MONEY THIS MACHINE IS WORTH IT, ITS SPORTY AND HAS 3 SPEEDS AND IT HAS A 7” CLEARANCE FROM THE FLOOR, I DO RECOMMEND JUST TO MAKE SURE ALL NUTS ETC ARE TIGHT AND NOTHING IS LOOSE.

    • NO MATTER WHAT STATE, NOT FOR THE STREET!
NOT FOR CHILDREN! Or anyone without a licensed! (To fast) had for less then year, has begun to fall apart piece by piece. the only reason it's still working is because I work on it, A LOT. Fenders will break if caught in doorway. Front break cable broke off from rim, which is cast iron, un-weldable. Basket isn't really capable of holding heavy groceries. Charger wire blow off when plugged in, blow the house circuit board. Nuts an bolts lost all over the place even with tightening. If you drive this thing on higher then level 1 speed in the city, it will suffice serious problems. Needs a very close inspection before riding. Not to mention the back light is covered if stuff is in the basket. You probably won't need new battery's before it breaks. Just find better charger. Oh it's fun, fast, but the bumps destroy it. Mine needs welding under the frame. Plus I taped underneath very well so it's capable to drive in rain. I'm almost 300lbs and it goes just fine. Back tires are tubeless while front is but lots of glass near me, no flats! (Just refilling) OMG, to much to think about. Probably edit some later. but this is it for now. Thanks ... show more
