I love this bag and have for a few years. This is my second one I just bought since I had to leave my old one behind when I moved. This is not a heavy "heavy bag" for power blasting, for that you really need a heavy hanging bag. I appreciate everything about the way this bag moves with me and the required force to move it since its ample for attaining skill and not just impressing myself with my power. This bag is extremely durable and has enough resistance and movement to get you working angles and learning to move your head while still keeping you honest with your power shots. The only small downside is the large size of the base. That said, I don't know how else the bag would remain upright or be as stable as it is. I fill mine with water for easier mobility and this works fine since I use if for accuracy and angles more than power. Very easy on the fists. ... show more

So far so good and basically what I was liking for which is a hitting bag for boxing skill and getting cardio and physical shape . Easy on knuckles and joints so can’t complain . I was working out at a Muay Thai gym and wanted something I could do at home on days I didnt want to go in. As covid cases rise in my area I am taking a break from my gym and Im glad I have this. I filled it with water and not sand and it is incredibly sturdy and I do not have any issues with leaking. I have relatively strong punches and kicks and while the bag has quite a bounce back, once you get a rhythm going it works in your favor. It's great for boxing workouts and Muay Thai/kickboxing. Be aware that if you are shorter ( I am 5'4) knees can be quite difficult even if you have the bag on the shortest setting. It took less than 45 minutes put together. Once it's filled with water it is incredibly heavy so make sure it's placed where you want it because it can be hard to move. ... show more

I bought this for my 10 year old son and also for me. I'm 6'2" and at the maximum height it works perfect for high kicks, knees, elbows etc. The spring on the bottom will make this to move a lot every punch and kick will rock this thing back and forward, you can use this to simulate someone punching you or coming towards you and you can dodge it etc. I don't like the cushion its terrible and hard so please buy gloves and you need to tape your wrist and knuckles if not you are going to damage your hand or fingers. I have some MMA style gloves and it still hurts after some power punches this is because the back and forward will make the punching bag come to you at more force and speed (momentum) so you are going to get your wrist bend or received a high impact so protect your self. I recommend anyone to buy this it really works and size wise is super small you can have it in a small apartment or a corner in your garage. ... show more

This was a present for my son who loves boxing. He's 14 5'11" and 250 lbs. A big boy. He can jab at this all day and it still stands strong. Putting it together was easy. It's so much nicer than I expected. The only problem I had was filling it. The process was ok but if you get any water on top of the base it leaks out. Wasn't a lot because the hole is big enough to fill with household bucket but just keep a couple towels around it just in case. I would definitely say buy this. Worth the money. ... show more
