The BBQ is beautiful and very well constructed. Ours was unfortunately defective, as one of the screws inside that holds the gas burner down, does not screw to anything. The gas burner is loose and is not secure. It burners light easily, the food cooks evenly and the grill plates appeared to be a non-stick and easy-clean surface. This is NOT the case! The videos will show you to scrub with soap and water and wipe dry. Unfortunately it takes several pots of boiling water, a non abrasive scrubber, a tub big enough to soak both grill plates, a bucket to put under the grill to catch the boiling water the needs to be poured around the bottom of the grill to clear the soapy, greasy debris that collects during cleaning. It's best to find a microfiber cloth to wipe down at the very end. I have spent far more time cleaning the grill than cooking and entertaining our guests. I don't even feel like using the bbq anymore because of the amount of time and back pain I suffer when cleaning up the grill. I have spent most of today soaking and scrubbing the grill plates because the grease muck will still not come off with a brush. We spent close to $1,000 on this grill and all the accessories, and now we don't want to use it very often due to the amount of work. Frustrated and angry that we spent this kind of money on something we will now barely use. ***UPDATE 1 year later.... I'm down to 1 hr and 10 minutes of cleaning time after our bbq dinner. I want my life back, my nails back, reimbursement for the propane it takes to burn off the stuff that the cleaner does not get, and my money back! It's good exercise though! Several trips in and out of the house with the boiling water it takes to clean the bottom of the grill. ... show more

    • A Grill Chef’s dream which will provide many years of cooking

Made mostly of aluminum with the main cooking area being cast aluminum with iron cook plates, I expect the only thing that may require replacement are the burners and likely only after years of use. The bbq was easy to assemble with clear instructions. Really, all that needs to be done is building the bbq base. I’ve had the bbq about a month now and used it to cook burgers, steaks, and bratwurst on 3 separate occasions. I find it heats evenly and does not have cold spots like my old grill, which allows use of the entire cooking area. Cleaning the grill has been easy as the large cast iron plates lift out for cleaning. Overall, this is a well built-rock solid bbq that will last. It may cost more than box store bbq’s, but after having to replace those cheaper units every couple of years I expect this quality bbq will outlast the useful lifespan of four or five of the cheaper ones. ... show more

It arrived with a crack in top assembly area. Except for the crack, everything else is great. We are sending the cracked one back and purchased another, which arrived in two days. I believe the crack happened from leaning the box on its side and should remain upright. The second one arrived in great shape and works like a charm. ... show more

Burners not balanced, small almost useless flame on R burner and large flame on Left. Have tried adjusting air intake and low burner setting without and significant change. Right now we have an expensive grill that sort of works on the left and is useless on the R. Sent email to Everedure awating reply, no phone contact available.     • Grill is great but there are problems

I purchased this grill because I wanted to buy a grill that I would love forever. I was drawn to the design and then did some research. 1st hand knowledge is better. I've had my grill for about a year now, and the customer service was great, I was missing a couple of bolts for assembly and they were sent to me right away Then the hose that connects to the gas tank broke and was leaking. Customer service was no where to be found. I paid a high price for this grill and I wanted one from Everdure. Then as I was wiping it down with a wet rag just to get the dirt off, all the writing by the ignition knobs wiped off. This contained directions to operate and which one of the knobs went to which side of the burners.In my opinion this is important information for operating the grill. But the worst thing is I wrote email after email and no one was to be found. Over the whole year this happened and to me that is bad business ... show more
