It’s comfortable and sturdy, I was seriously injured in an accident I shattered two bones below my knee and had an knee reconstruction surgery also. Once I ordered my chair I contacted the seller asking if there was any way to receive the chair sooner, I explained what happened and was completely thrown for a loop when I was told no problem I received it promptly put it together and it has made a big difference with The massage and heat settings and the fact that it also lifts up to pick me up and set me back down gently without bending or bumping my knee or leg. 1. The chair wasn't that easy to put together. I had to get my brother to do it for me as my back won't let me work on my hands and knees. One bolt for the additional stabilizer was missing. but fortunately I keep every bolt and nut I find and I had one that fit. Saved us a trip to the hardware store. The chair was supposed to be for a large size peron. I'm 6'-0" and 285#. The chair is snug for me and the head cushion is too small or not thick enough. This causes my neck to strain. A extension for the leg rest would be nice too I've seen them on other chairs. My legs hang about a foot past the leg rest. All this aside I like the plastic leather and padding. It should hold up well. The chair is nice and sturdy and functions well. But I wish the motor could make it rise and lower faster. I wish the function controller had a longer cord. The lift controller buttons are hard to find. That's all I have for now. Best regards to your team. Thanks.

I bought 2 of these recliner for my living room because I thought they were affordable. My Husband has cancer and is also going to have knee replacement. I needed a couple of small chair for my living room so he could get up and down easier. The material that they are upholstered in, is cheap and not durable, which makes the chairs not worth the price. I've had these chairs approximately 2 months and do not use them everyday. I noticed last night that the footrest material is balling up in little balls on both recliners. I am so disappointed in the upholstery material. I would not recommend these chairs.

Stopped working for 2-1/2 days. Was stuck in fully reclined position. Very, very, aggravating. Caused a lot of problems for our household of disabled people. Then suddenly it started working again. Reliability of chair has been spoiled. Would not purchase a chair of this complexity through Amazon again.
