I’m purchased 2 of these E-bikes and I’m not disappointed. I am 6’1, and weigh 235 so I was a little skeptical about them. They were super easy to prepare right from the beginning. I follow the recommended charging instructions and off we go. My wife and I rode them for 4 days approximately 47 miles up and down hills before charging them. I was surprised with how fast they were especially with my weight. The shocks, seats, and handle bars were comfortable. I asked the manufacturer how to remove the default speed prior to using them. I was able to hit speeds up to actually 29/30. Awesome. Another great feature is that you can pedal the bike without using the throttle and it moves faster than you are pedaling. It truly is a great feature and we are very happy with everything to include contacting the seller for feedback and support. I give this E-bike a 10 being the highest quality, comfort, safety, cost. I honestly didn’t think that they would be this good. Edit to my post, we bought dog trailer that weigh 24 pounds and the bike pulled them just fine. Dennis

I recently purchased the 1000W, 28MPH, 48V version of the DTTZH A12 folding ebike. It arrived almost a week earlier than promised. It was very well packaged and there was no damage evident on the box or the ebike. It took all of about 10 to15 minutes to put it together. I immediately charged the battery. It took about 2 hours. The ebike is not adequately described on Amazon. It comes with more than is described, including a fairly loud horn, an LED head light and a tail light that comes on when the headlight is turned on or the rear brake is engaged. Also included were basic tools to install the pedals and do periodic repairs and maintenance and a small hand operated air pump. Also included was a clunky handle bar cargo bag. The front and rear tires were both originally inflated to about 25 psi. The seller recommends inflating the tires to 35 to 38 psi which makes the ride a little harsher but should prolong the life of the tires. I added a rear view mirror and turn signals, which were not included. The included kick stand works as intended and is out of the way of the pedals. The ebike folds and unfolds easily. A note of advice, even with the battery removed the ebike is fairly heavy. It is not easy putting it into the cargo area of my SUV, but it does fit when folded. Some YouTubers suggest putting a folded ebike into a 50 or 60 gallon plastic container and then sliding the container into your SUV. The controls on the A12 are basic. On the left of the handlebar is the light and horn buttons and between them a 3 position slide switch to control the degree of pedal assist. I am still getting used to riding the ebike so have been mostly using levels one and two. The right side of the handle bar contains the throttle which is rotated to engage the motor and change the speed. Hand brakes for front and rear brakes are where they are supposed to be. The brakes are mechanical and stop the ebike quite well at slower speeds. The display, also on the right, is rather small but shows the current mph and other stuff no body cares about. There are no means of adjusting the display (at least none that I found), so what you see is what you get. Any information other than speed, such as remaining battery charge, is nice but I don’t dare take my eyes off the road to look. There is a small jump seat over the rear tire. It must be for a small monkey as it seems to serve no other purpose. A metal basket would be more practical although bungy cords would most likely hold down a small package. The ebike is rather quick. I weigh about 190 pounds and the bike is doing 20 mph on level ground in no time. All in all, I was very pleasantly surprised at the overall quality of the A12 ebike. If you are looking at spending $1,000 or more for an upscale ebike, I would recommend that investing in the A12 first will not be money wasted and will give you a sense of what value you should be receiving for your money. Finally, as the User Manual is not that informative, I had a few questions for the seller. They responded quickly and directly to my email questions. Good customer service.

The a 12 2000 watt bike is just what I was looking for. I am 6'4 at 240 lbs and it fits me like a glove. The jump seat on the back would be good for a child but go slow because of extra weight on the back takes away from the front tire, you could be riding one minute and looking at clouds the next. The brakes are very good but I wish on this one they would have offered hydraulic brakes. It has 8 shocks, 2 on left front,2 on right front, 2 in the center, 2 on right rear and 2 on left rear. lights are good front and rear. Also the brake lights are bright. A basket in the front for keeping stuff in too. If you decide to buy the bike, don't unlock the speed unless you have motorcycle endorsement and training. This is a well made bike, both fast and a battery that is ul2849 rated. There isn't a foldable bike out there that can do what this one can at this price. The DTTZH team will help you with anything you ask about. The company is above and beyond. Finding a bike is the easy part, finding a company to stand up for you is another. so this bike is HEAVY. I'm a 5'5" woman who does not go to the gym. I got this bike hoping it would be somewhat easy to get up and down the basement stairs of my apartment (it's only like six stairs, not a full flight) but man do I regret that decision. I have to take the battery out to do so without hurting myself or accidentally falling down the stairs. now maybe I'm being a bit dramatic, but I'm just a little disappointed in this fact. once I do wrestle it out of the basement, it's pretty fun to ride. the battery life is quite long, and it takes bumps well. I will tell you DO NOT use the little seat on the back! I tried to take a ride with my roomate and it went horribly wrong. it's extremely hard to balance with a second person on the back. I had no idea what I was getting into, and now we have matching scars on our knees! (we're okay lol) additionally, the key entry port and the phone mount snapped off in the crash and I have to re-tape them on or something. otherwise the bike seems totally fine (maybe a little scratched up) anyway, this bike is solid, it's quite compact, and nice for the money. it is what it says it is. But be careful and be aware of the weight bc it's not as light as it looks in the pics.
