This is a great soaker pool! This is our 3rd year putting it up. We take it down and store in our shed for the winters. It goes back up easily. We use a pressure washer to rinse it. Then dish soap and water for any dirt spots, cleans up well and with minimum effort. The liner is good quality and the legs are sturdy enough to hold up to us both being in the pool at the same time. My husband is 5'7" - 198lbs. And I am 5'6" - 150lbs. Easy setup and wonderful for cooling off. We are not fans of hot tubs, so this is absolutely perfect for us!

We had our other popular brand 32X16 for 13 years. The metal had finally deteriorated- and so we found a great deal on this pool. It seems to be comparable and we hope to get at least 10 years out of it! The advice I wish people had given me with a large pool was simple: Salt water pump : the biggest one Sand filter: Buy the warranty for those! Buy a Taylor test kit for $70 it lasts forever and when you run out of solutions you can buy them real large on Amazon and refill into your own bottles for a fraction of the price!

The support for this product is terrible. I have gotten nothing but the run around from their support. I purchased the pool is January of this year 2024. I set the pool up in mid May. We are now 3 days into June and all 4 of the corner pieces have cracks in them. One is splitting so badly that it looks like it is about to rip apart. I contacted the company via their website and after several days heard nothing back from them. I called the number and they only have a 30 day warranty on the product. I now have to purchase the corner pieces from them if they have any in stock. Meanwhile, I have a pool that might come apart at any time. I will never deal with these people again. I advise that you not purchase this pool. In addition to this the filter that comes with the pool is very undersized for this size of pool. This is a cheap POS pool but an index and spend the extra money. Adding an update after several attempts to contact them I finally have a response and apparently, I cannot get parts for this item and am not able to order them or return it. I strongly not buying anything from this seller / company. Apparently, even when I purchased this item from them it had been discontinued yet this was mentioned nowhere in the ad for this item when they had it listed on this site. I would like to know if they ever planned to honor any type of issue with this or even provide any support. This is a shady company stay away This is the run around that I have been getting for the last week with this company attempting to get parts for this pool. It is really windy where we live and this pool holds up great, the frame is solid and the pool is easy to put together. When we first put it up, I thought there was a leak in the bottom, as water was running out from somewhere under the pool. It seemed to leak for a couple of days. I got into it on the third day and walked around inside the pool to see if I could find the leak. I couldn't find anything. The next morning there was no leak and it's been fine since. That was over a month ago, and no leaks. Everything works great. It's been a lifesaver in 95 degree weather. The price was very affordable.

On the other hand the pump is a nightmare the hoses didn’t fit we had to buy replacement hoses the gasket were way to large and caused the pump to leak had to replace them and the directions to the pump made absolutely no since. I had to use flex seal to prevent it from leaking. Everything seems to be ok for now keeping my fingers crossed no more problems beautiful pool

This is our 2nd summer setting this pool up and it stored well. We had a lot of fun with it last year and just got it ready again for this summer. My child enjoyed going for a swim in it yesterday with the warmer weather. It is good quality and the perfect size for my young children, they can both touch the bottom with ease. When they grow out of this size, I will surely look into buying a bigger size through the same company. My husband put it together no problem and was able to level it nicely by digging out an area and putting sand down underneath it. We were also thrilled with the price. Perfect for hot days that we don’t want to make a trip to the lake.
