It is really windy where we live and this pool holds up great, the frame is solid and the pool is easy to put together. When we first put it up, I thought there was a leak in the bottom, as water was running out from somewhere under the pool. It seemed to leak for a couple of days. I got into it on the third day and walked around inside the pool to see if I could find the leak. I couldn't find anything. The next morning there was no leak and it's been fine since. That was over a month ago, and no leaks. Everything works great. It's been a lifesaver in 95 degree weather. The price was very affordable.

Took a little over an hour for three adults to assemble. Setting it up isn't hard, just awkward. The side support poles keep wanting to fall out. But as you assemble it more, they start to stay in place, and they finally do stay in place as you fill it up. Once filled all the way, the long sides do bow out quite a bit (I'm hopeful it doesn't bust outward from the water pressure). The lining itself seems to be thick and a good quality. The ladder it comes with is absolute trash. We are currently looking for a replacement ladder because it is incredible flexible and rickety, doesn't feel safe at all for an adult to be on (I weight 195 pounds). I had to improvise a little with the pool filter -- the instructions show three connections to the pool, but I only used two. We've only had it for two days, still too cold to stay in it for more than a few minutes (Solar cover arrives today). I'll update as we spend more time with it.

The support for this product is terrible. I have gotten nothing but the run around from their support. I purchased the pool is January of this year 2024. I set the pool up in mid May. We are now 3 days into June and all 4 of the corner pieces have cracks in them. One is splitting so badly that it looks like it is about to rip apart. I contacted the company via their website and after several days heard nothing back from them. I called the number and they only have a 30 day warranty on the product. I now have to purchase the corner pieces from them if they have any in stock. Meanwhile, I have a pool that might come apart at any time. I will never deal with these people again. I advise that you not purchase this pool. In addition to this the filter that comes with the pool is very undersized for this size of pool. This is a cheap POS pool but an index and spend the extra money. Adding an update after several attempts to contact them I finally have a response and apparently, I cannot get parts for this item and am not able to order them or return it. I strongly not buying anything from this seller / company. Apparently, even when I purchased this item from them it had been discontinued yet this was mentioned nowhere in the ad for this item when they had it listed on this site. I would like to know if they ever planned to honor any type of issue with this or even provide any support. This is a shady company stay away This is the run around that I have been getting for the last week with this company attempting to get parts for this pool. This is a great soaker pool! This is our 3rd year putting it up. We take it down and store in our shed for the winters. It goes back up easily. We use a pressure washer to rinse it. Then dish soap and water for any dirt spots, cleans up well and with minimum effort. The liner is good quality and the legs are sturdy enough to hold up to us both being in the pool at the same time. My husband is 5'7" - 198lbs. And I am 5'6" - 150lbs. Easy setup and wonderful for cooling off. We are not fans of hot tubs, so this is absolutely perfect for us!

We had our other popular brand 32X16 for 13 years. The metal had finally deteriorated- and so we found a great deal on this pool. It seems to be comparable and we hope to get at least 10 years out of it! The advice I wish people had given me with a large pool was simple: Salt water pump : the biggest one Sand filter: Buy the warranty for those! Buy a Taylor test kit for $70 it lasts forever and when you run out of solutions you can buy them real large on Amazon and refill into your own bottles for a fraction of the price!
