This charger's performance meets my car's needs without any problem. I only had to plug it into my garage outlet and the setup is a few steps. The app connects to my phone and I adjusted my car's charging schedule to makes sure my car is ready when I need it for commuting. The screen on the charger displays clear information and I like how it integrates with the system making charging a simple task. The charger works good with my car and it hasn't run into any compatibility issues.

This device is a poor product with very poor and unstable software. It's difficult if not impossible to schedule charge times, costing us a tremendous amount more when charging during peak hours. So we have to set our timers on our phones to manually turn off and on the charger. When we do, we have found the hard way, that you must set all parameters up. The charger defaults to 6 AMPs for charing, not the 48 or 50 we set every time. This learning process has cost us as well. Not the app does not work on our phones and after rebooting our phones, uninstalling the app, and reinstalling, we still can't get it to work. This is a piece of junk and we'll need to purchase another charging station :-(.

This charger delivers a solid 50 amps of power, which means my car fills up much faster than with a standard Level 1 charger. The large smart screen makes it easy to see exactly what’s happening, and the companion app lets me control charging remotely and adjust settings based on my needs. Installation was straightforward thanks to the plug-and-play design, and it works with all electric vehicles using the common J1772 connector. Considering the speed, convenience, and features packed into this unit, it’s definitely worth every penny.

I am so disappointed the unit was buggy! The software controlling the display and streaming the data to the mobile app crashes and stops updating. I was really disappointed as the unit is REALLY nice looking and the mobile app has all the features I was looking for. I wanted to contact support, but there is no US based support number. The one concerning thing for me was that even though the screen was frozen the EV would still charge... The reason this was concerning is that if there was a temperature alarm event it would not be fired and I would not be notified! Submitted a refund request and the as this is a 3rd party vendor from China the refund process took over a week.

I was super skeptical about trying this out especially after reading some of the other reviews but whatever the issue was must have been fixed because everything about ours is perfect! We have not run into a single issue this far and everything has been pretty smooth and easy to figure out. The instruction manual was clear and easy to read and very helpful for a first time setup. My husband owns a car lot / mechanic shop so he has been trying to get more electric vehicle Chargers since we are getting newer cars in that require it. This came well packed and secured with all the correct pieces and parts. Nothing was damaged and everything seems very high quality and well made. All the chords and everything are thick and durable. Not super cheap or easily breakable. It's super easy to figure out how to operate this and it took us little to no time. If you've ever used an EV charger before this one's pretty easy to figure out and super similar. This charges the vehicle up super fast and everything works perfectly as it should. Very impressed with the quality and the craftsmanship. I definitely think it's very user friendly and does everything that it is supposed to do. This is just as nice as the name brand charger that we have here as well and charges the vehicle up just as fast for a fraction of the cost. If you are thinking about it and it works perfectly for you I would 100% recommend! Definitely a solid 10 out of 10 and a great bang for your buck! Could not be happier

...definitely not the worst. It's a learning curve for sure I'd you are new to electric cars. Be sure you understand the electrical rates and the best times to use it to charge your car, because mistakes can be costly. Thankfully the actual charging seems to go quite smoothly and quickly which is really helpful. The software and app are not the best and could use a little bit of tweaking. But the instructions are straightforward and easy to understand. Overall, a pretty decent unit.
