It's so easy to use and works great. Just add water; ice comes popping out in a matter of minutes. There's hardly any noise compared to a dishwasher. Busy little machine, always making ice. Which is my only critique, that it has a hard time keeping the ice cold and solid once made, so the melt goes right back to the pump and continuously makes ice. That's kind of a drain on my power bill. I have to shut it off at night or else I keep hearing it make ice all night.

Used while camping at my RV, creates enough ice. When basket was full, we transferred cubes to a tray to keep in freezer and continued making more. RV is operated via battery & inverter so low power consumption was one of the features I compared before purchase. System works great and is quiet.

Wr live in Phoenix and this machine has been running pretty much nonstop for over a month. No issues. Family loves it. Has a low hum when it's working easily put out of mind though and shuts itself off when the tray is full. Great purchase.

This definitely does the job in making ice but you'll wanna stay on top of taking the ice out and transferring them into the freezer. This does not keep them frozen. The ice melts pretty quickly and does result in them sticking together once placed in a freezer.

We bought this for our work coffee bar and it is the new water cooler. We all walk by it and talk about how much we love it. I've even heard my coworkers talking to people on the phone about how much they love having an ice machine. Who would think something so small would bring so many people together? Lol it works differently than I originally thought. I thought it'd be like a freezer with a ice cube maker, but it actually is an ice cube maker that just recycles the water into new cubes once it melts. So it is constantly running and making ice when the other ice cubes melt. The downside to this is that they all kinda melt together at the bottom. But I really do love it!
