It's the only one I could find to fit my large size (3x in women's waist 52in), that was also long enough for my tall spine (I'm 5'11")! I bought this back support belt because I’ve been doing a lot of DIY solar work lately. I often have to carry solar panels up to the roof and squat down to connect wiring. All this activity has caused discomfort and pain in my lower back, especially in the mornings. To help with this, I purchased this product along with another massager. This back support has been incredibly helpful. I wear it while working, and it provides excellent support to my lower back, shoulders, and spine. Even after long hours of physical work or carrying heavy loads, I no longer feel that sharp pain I used to. Before using this, I would often feel pain when standing up after sitting for a while especially from low positions like getting out of a car after a long drive. But now, after wearing this belt for about ten days, I’ve noticed a big improvement. I can get up without pain, and I feel much more comfortable during the day. The quality is great, it’s easy to adjust, and very convenient to wear. I’m very satisfied with this purchase and would highly recommend it to anyone who needs extra back support during physical work.

Wear for only 1-2 hours a day to help the posture of the individual gives your back straight line feeling when wearing. Be aware that if you are using as a healthy person it's highly recommended for usage. However if any spine issues this is not the device to purchase can cause little pain as you wear this product.
