This is a great ice maker. I was so tired of making ice cubes so I decided to invest in this Keep in mind to not over fill the water, I accidentally did that and even though it still made ice, the first few batches were just floating in the water. After I learned that lesson it has worked great and I have ice cubes whenever I need it. The size is perfect on my counter in my RV and it's not even very noisy. So I give it 👍👍

Update: after leaving my first review the manufacturer reached out to me and offered a replacement. It was shipped quickly and I haven’t had any problems with the new one at all thus far. It makes ice quickly and is relatively quiet. Customer service was STELLAR!!! 1st review: Smaller counter top ice maker. Worked pretty good while it worked. Only lasted a couple of months and then just stopped working. I tried EVERY troubleshoot option i found online. Annoying i have to go out a buy a new one again, but wont be by this brand.

All of your products are top notch. I purchased a different Ice Cube Maker 2 years ago and the Hurricane Helene Flood arrived in my home damaging it to no further use. I hd 54" OF SALT WATER that flooded my house. This ice machine that just arrived is no much nicer. So the flood 2 years ago allowed me to find this slightly larger, better ice machine that will be perfect for entertaining on July 4th. While this machine makes ice well, DO NOT unplug it. I went for a month-long trip and decided to safe on electricity by unplugging certain electrical items in the house. Before I left, the machine worked amazingly well. Upon my return, however, I plugged the machine in and the indicator lights for Ice removal and refilling the water lights no longer work properly. it's a shame. I like the machine, but got this particular model because of the indicator lights. Try another model. I have another trip coming up. Once I return, I will replace this. I give it a 2.5 stars as a review grade.
