The machine is perfect size physically to fit under a counter. The amount of ice made daily is roughly a 5 gallon bucket full. This is perfect for big cooler Dailey use. The machine worked great first few days but then started stopping after a couple of batches of ice. Euhomy support team was very responsive even with the large time difference. They eventually determine they will send me a replacement machine.

It will make ice great when you don't need it but 99% of the time you do need ice, party, fill coolers etc, it will for sure not make it due to some phony error etc.,! AGAIN ... Needed ice today so i turned this pos on last night, it made 3 batches of ice and just stopped! Most of the ice melted so off to buy I've, absolute junk! Just once i would like to get one cent of value per dollar on a Chinese made product!!

After a year this ice machine was definitely a good purchase for our small restaurant. It replaced a much larger, older, failing unit and filled the gap. Makes ice quickly and reliably. 2 operational notes: 1) if someone accidentally leaves the door open, it may miss a dump cycle and freeze up on the ice plate. In that instance, you can wait it out to melt or use hot water in a squeeze bottle or remove the top and pour. 2) if the power glitches or is goes out at your place, the unit will need to be restarted.

The ice doesn't keep longer than a few hours once it makes and the water doesn't drain on its own. It has to be scooped out each day when the ice melts. Customer service did respond when I emailed needing assistance and understanding of the functions of this machine. Even though the product isn't what I needed customer service was able to assist and solve my problems and because of this I will continue to do business with this company. I gave 5 stars for the company's ability to help me.

We are a family of 10. Have had this Ice machine for 18 months and it has been great. Have not ever ran out of ice. We live in the Southwest and go through a lot of ice, can't believe it has lasted this long. Highly recommend it.
