Been using this for months, maybe going on a year. Can't remember exactly how long but we've been happy with it. Cold water dispensed is chilled, but I think my other half would prefer if it got colder. The hot water option is great and is plenty hot. Hot enough we can place a tea bag in a cup and just fill it up from the dispenser. Noise level is louder than I would prefer when the pump kicks on but honestly it's short lived as it only needs a few seconds and only occurs when in use so isn't really an issue for us. Overall value I'd say is good and I like the black and stainless appearance. Blends right in, in our kitchen.

I rarely write reviews, and this was a gift to my Mother, but she felt very strongly about this water dispenser and sent me the following review to post: This is my Review of Euhomey Model WC-C : it is quiet and unobtrusive. The hot water is hot enough to drink cautiously, but not so hot as to get burnt and No hot steam that burns as it dispenses. It also doesn't splash the hot water as it dispenses. The cold water is plenty cold and it is self disinfecting with the UV light, coming on 20 minutes every 2 hours. The filling tube is angled so no having to switch out tubes for different size water jugs! The bottom fill is very good for me so I don't have to lift the heavy jugs, great for the elderly. I love it and will call it Butler, because it's perfect. 5 stars the entire family recommends "Butler"

Pros: easy to change water, chills water quickly Cons: my door came broken so when you open it falls of. Thought it wouldn't be a big deal but is a pain. Can be noisy but usually because you used all the water in the tank or your water jug needs replaced. The later will not stop making noise until replaced. I put in pantry and can't hear it.

I purchased the Euhomy Self Cleaning Bottom Loading Water Cooler Dispenser during a Prime Day deal. The package arrived well-packed and protected, delivered right to my front door without any issues. Unpacking was straightforward, and setting up seemed simple enough. However, the problems started immediately after loading a bottle of water and plugging in the power. Within less than 10 seconds, water began leaking from every possible spot – including the night lights, connections to the spouts, and the bottom cover. The pump must be incredibly strong because in just a few seconds, my wooden floor around the dispenser was completely soaked! There was no way to stop the leak except by unplugging the unit, and even then, water continued to drip incessantly. I am astounded by how defective this product is! After experiencing the leak, I decided to check other customer reviews (something I regret not doing before purchasing due to the Prime Day frenzy). Unfortunately, I discovered that the leakage issue is a common problem reported by many other customers. I reached out to both Amazon and the manufacturer (seller) to report the defective product and the damage it caused to my floor, but received no helpful response. It's disheartening to see so much material and labor invested into production, yet they couldn't resolve such a basic and critical issue. Until these fundamental flaws are addressed, I strongly advise against purchasing this water cooler. Save yourself the frustration and potential property damage by choosing a more reliable product.

I bought this water cooler and it was working fine for 2 weeks, Then the automatic sanitizer was not working and the front light were constantly blinking and would not stop, I contacted the company and they sent me some directions on what they thought would solve the problem, it did not. They tried another set of directions which did not work either. They were right on top of this, their communication with me was great. They then decided that it could not be fixed and they would send me a new cooler free of charge, which I received today, 8/15/24. They are so great to work with, no hassles, no problems, no BS! The company, Euhomy Direct, is just a great vendor to deal with. AAA+++

The media could not be loaded. Like: Cold water fast. No plastic taste. 3 buttons in the back: blue light, turn on/off cold and turn on/off hot. We have had no leaks. Two months in, still working great. No leaks. We get PH water from Whole Foods, which is about 2x the price, but tastes much better. Neutral: A bit noisy, so we keep it in the garage. Have not tried to clean it, but don’t think that’s needed often with the UV light.

This is the quietest dispenser ever. The instructions are simple, the hot water is very hot. I love it. It actually has a night light switch so you don’t make a mess. I prefer the metal straw over the plastic ones in other dispensers. The support team is very responsive! They could give lessons on customer support.
