Stunningly Beautiful, Very quiet brings peace to my room

I love 😍my 50 inch electric fireplace comes with remote control & it's amazingly beautiful🤩the flames looks real & are super cute. It runs so quiet like everyone said in the reviews also as you can see in my video so much so I forget it's on sometimes 😄& also has many different colors for you to experience & is very durable. My only con was the directions where horrible🤦🏾♀️ for someone like me who was just mounting it on the wall & trying to take the glass part off & then put/ slide( which was not in the directions clearly) back on but I figured it out 🤷🏾♀️ in time ,it was light weight enough for me to put up by myself & fit perfectly up under my 70 inch TV .I wanted the 60 inch but thank goodness I read the reviews & someone said it was very heavy & REQUIRED 2 people so I scaled down to 50 inch & glad I did, am very happy & satisfied, I will be ordering another for my bedroom very soon

HORRIBLE customer service help

The fireplace is beautiful and pretty quiet BUT their customer service line is HORRIBLE! My package arrived missing the mounting screws and when I called and gave my info they told me to wait for an email response. A few days later I got an email and then they asked for all kinds of proof of purchase with pictures? I didn’t have time for that and went to the hardware store and bought my own damn screws. They should be embarrassed of their lacking in custom service. Thank God it’s running properly, currently, or I’d just send it back through Amazon.

Very nice unit - the log feature is good

We purchased the 50 inch unit. The different unit types should have been explained in the description, such as for the Upgraded 50 inch or plain 50 inch units. We like the fireplace features with simulated wood logs and the many colors from which to choose for the crystal embers and the flames. It would have been nice if the unit flame speed could be adjusted as some other manufacturers provide. Perhaps the unit could be manufactured to adjust the brightness of the crystal colors also. OWNER MODIFICATIONS - I used a power saw to remove about 3/8 inch of the bottom front for the entire length except I left about a one inch long full height at each end. I also removed the same 3/8 inch height and alternated a 8 inch opening and one inch full height pattern at the rear of the log. Another cut at the ends of the log to remove about 1/4 inch of the length to fit the glass front panel in place. The log with the 3/8 inch cuts placed on top of the crystal embers allows the flames to be seen below the log also to be more realistic. Our unit is surface mounted which exposed some undesirable screws and the power cord, so I purchased some plexiglass to wrap around the 4 and 3/8 inch gap between the wall and the cover glass of the unit. The plexiglass is easy to cut with a power saw and drilled holes for screws. The plexiglass panels for the wrap could be easily fabricated with corner connections or attached with Velcro and adhesive.
