I bought this kit prior to the X-mas holiday as we were going out of town. I wanted to be sure I had coverage on each side of my house (older neighborhood / long driveways). The set up was relatively easy, probably 30 minutes or less. Now I do have Eero 6 plus set up with one in the garage -so I had no WiFi connectivtity issues and still haven't. I have them on 4k all the time and no issues with battery life even on a string of cloudy or rainy days. The 4k is very clear - even at night. From a "Con" perspective, I'd say the motion is a bit delayed, but if someone was coming up the driveway, it would still catch them in plenty of time. But, you can tell when watching playback. However, you should expect this when using battery or solar powered cameras versus an "always on" like a the professional version (plugs in) or other cameras like Nest. ... show more

Camera (S330 eufyCam) has failed abruptly and completely after less than 6 months of service. Eufy will not stand behind this refurbished product longer than 90 days. Think twice about this product!! I also own the 2K solar battery version(S220 SoloCam) The 2K struggles to maintain 40% battery despite being exposed to full sun 4+ hours per day. IMHO the resolution of the 2K camera is just as good as the 4K camera but I am now suspect of the overall quality of both cameras. After struggling to deal with Eufy Customer Care, neither of these products are ones I would purchase again! ... show more

I would recommend corded and or some extended warranty. Had issues after 8 months with one camera just not holding a battery charge. They eventually were willing to recognize this isn’t normal and provided a replacement however it wasn’t a pleasant experience. Their cameras are not cheap and I would have expected less / no issues. ... show more

Hands down easiest set-up and install I’ve ever had with a product like this. No wires plug and play, took me 10 minutes to install the HomeBase, update firmware, and mount the camera. I probably clicked 10 buttons and was up and running… that was it. The all in one package with solar charging made this a no-brainer for me. No extras to install, just had to find a spot where my camera can get 2 hours of sun a day. I have it installed over my garage so this is not a problem at all. The HomeBase3 is now compatible with wifi which I’m glad they updated and the delay from trigger action to notification on my phone is about 5 to 7 seconds which isn't bad at all, half of which Im sure is my phone’s data connection. And the video quality with 4k is amazing, still not entirely sure how they transfer that much data wirelessly but I can darn near see individual blades of grass on my lawn. ... show more

Great quality. It couldn't have been easier to install. No you don't get an install manual. There is no need. Eufy provides a great application that walks you through the install and configuration. Heck some of the products even have voice prompts. I'm using the Home Dock 3 the 2K and 4K cameras with built in solar panels and the electronic door lock and video doorbell.
