The Eufy Security Indoor E220 Cameras were bought to monitor our two adventurous juvenile cats while we were on vacation. The Eufy Security Indoor E220 Cameras worked really well and to our shock to see both cats on top of our grandfather clock. The cameras were very easy to mount and I also used the Haoyou 2Pack Corner Wall Mount Bracket for the cameras as well. The notifications to our phones worked great and was able to have two phone hooked to the cameras. Video quality was great for day time & night time. Motion detection was smooth and kept track of the cats. It was nice to be able to speak to the cats and mostly tell them to get down from whereever they were. The siren alarm works great too..!! We had no issues turning the cameras on & off as needed or while we were traveling down the road or sitting stationery. These cameras are great and served their purpose for what we were looking for. The cameras could identify between human & pet. The cameras are nice & small and look great. A BIG plus - the cameras don't require a service contract to use them like so many others require. I recommend them as they have serviced our needs - hopefully yours as well..!! I would buy the Eufy Security Indoor E220 Cameras again... ... show more

    • Good home carmeras for basic use and monitoring.

For the most part, these are very good basic home cameras. We purchased these to monitor and 'check in' on our elderly parents. The were recommended by another family member who uses them to monitor their Condo when out of town. Setup was rather easy although the documentation/instructions were lacking much detail, and the font on the paperwork was so small I needed a magnifying glass to read (my vision is not that bad!). I've had experience setting up other camera systems so it was straight forward. Wifi connection was a breeze to connect and is the App must be installed before beginning. Also it is highly recommended that you get the 125G (max size allowed, but smaller can be used) micro SD cards needed for each camera, which good ones cost almost as much as the cameras themselves. It is definitely worth it if you choose not to but the online or other storage options. The cameras cover a lot of area and are crystal clear. Night vision also works great. We chose not to use a lot of the options like alerts, 2-way conversation, and follow. A minor 'cons' would include delays in 2-way conversations and it appears the other users can move the camera around which causes them to not be in the same fixed angle as I (the admin) set them up with, so constant resetting is required. I'm going to give the Eufy Indoor Cam E30 a big thumbs up for what I wanted to use it for and that was simply to make certain that our aging dog was not getting too unsettled/anxious, while we were away. The app is easy to use and to turn off and on when not needed. The setup could not be easier. Download the app, insert the mini SD card (purchased separately), plug in the unit, then follow the steps on the app. You'll need a wifi connection and bluetooth enabled on your phone. The picture is great and there are options to adjust the sensitivity and zone of the motion detection. You do not need a subscription, but the amount of video you can store on your mini SD card will be limited by your settings. A great unit for the price. After trying several different security camera systems over the years, I eventually switched everything over to Eufy, and I haven’t looked back. The app is incredibly easy to use, the cameras are well built, and the 4K image quality is outstanding for the price. One of my favorite improvements on this model is the upgraded two-way audio. My older Eufy cameras had a noticeable delay, so if my kids answered too quickly, I’d often miss what they said. The new full-duplex audio feels just like a phone call, making it much easier to have a real conversation. Another feature I love is the privacy mode. With a single tap, the camera physically rotates to face the wall when it’s not needed, which gives me extra peace of mind. Overall, it’s an excellent camera with great features, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. ... show more

    • Great camera — but “Works with Apple Home” is misleading

I bought this camera expecting it to integrate with Apple Home the same way a HomeKit camera does. It does not. To be clear: this camera does NOT show up as a native camera in the Apple Home app, and it does not support HomeKit Secure Video. There is no “Add to Home” option like you’d see with true HomeKit devices. What “Works with Apple Home” means here is very limited compatibility (mainly via the Eufy app and some basic Siri/shortcut functionality). It is not the same as full Apple Home integration. If your goal is a camera that lives inside the Apple Home app, sends notifications there, and records to iCloud, you should look at something like the Eve Cam instead. That said, as a standalone camera this is excellent: Very good video quality Pan/tilt coverage is a huge advantage over fixed cameras Fast alerts No required subscription So I’m keeping it — just not using it as part of Apple Home. Bottom line: great camera, just understand the difference between “works with Apple Home” and true HomeKit integration before buying. ... show more

Amazing cameras. I bought four because I need to watch my mother all the time and they work very well. Very easy to set them up. I have SD card in one of them, they are perfect to watch live and playback, subscription is optional and that is a plus. The only thing I didn't like is that the web version doesn't work very well, at least for me. But I'm okay using the cell phone. I totally recommend this camera, 5 stars! ... show more

I got them on sale for Prime Day. Great value for the features you get! Good cameras. High resolution. Easy to install & setup. Good app! CAUTION: This is my review of EUFY as a company. The reason I bought the E30s is because after an update, my Indoor Cam Minis bricked. I’ve tried every troubleshooting steps & advice the company have on their website. I turned off my dual band broadcast to do 2.4GHz only. Setup a separate 2.4GHz only network. I even used my Verizon FiOS router’s pre-setup IoT channel. None of them worked. The E30s, though, just installed without a hiccup on my dual-band network. And I’m not the only one who has experienced that issue. I’m gossiping…is it possible that it was planned obsolescence? So keep that in mind when investing your money to EUFY! ... show more

I’ve been using the eufy E30 camera in my baby’s room, and it has been great. Setup was quick, and the video quality is very clear both day and night, which gives me peace of mind when checking in. The night vision works especially well and lets me see clearly without disturbing my baby. I really like that there is no subscription required and that the local storage works reliably. Motion detection has been accurate, and the app is easy to use for quick live checks and alerts. Overall, it has been a reliable and well made camera that I feel comfortable using as a baby monitor.
