The Eufy 3in1 is amazing. It’s built so well, and it cleans my 700 sq ft apartment beautifully. It’s not too loud but we don’t care since we’re gone at work when we have it clean, but it’s definitely not loud enough to bother our neighbors. The app is so well designed. Everything works exactly as it should. As a product like this I was really expecting it to feel like a beta, but this 3 in 1 vacuum feels so well rounded and refined. It’s clear there was some really good process engineering surrounding the building of this vacuum. Seriously it feels like absolutely everything was thought about. I cannot say enough about how well this product works and how well it was designed. This is all aside from the fact that it’s absolutely awesome to have a vacuum that I can just detatch and use immediately for small spills with the handheld attachment or for deeper cleans with the roller brush. I am so impressed with this product, it’s absolutely worth the money for my situation. That being said, I think it’s really meant for a couple in an apartment with no stairs and either no pets or one pet. If you had dogs it would be great to keep the hair off the floor, but I’d imagine you’d have to clean the robot more frequently. Either way, it’s super easy to clean.

This thing is AMAZING! I’ve been curious about it since I saw it win the best innovation award at CES 2025. I was initially worried that it’d be a “jack of all trades but master of none” but fortunately, it excels at everything it sets out to do! In robot mode, it’s quiet, the mapping is precise, and with 8000pa of max suction, it has the performance of vacuums that cost MUCH more! In handheld/stick vacuum mode the main motor unit detaches and because it no longer has to power a bunch of wheels, sensors, lasers, etc… the motor gains the ability to vacuum with 30,000pa of max suction because of the additional battery power, which is AMAZING! the amount of deep cleaning it can do in handheld mode is truly impressive! The included stick vacuum brush roller attachment is pretty nice, though it lacks any hair removal tech, and the tools for handheld mode are decent and get the job done. My only real complaints would be things on the software side: such as the side brush running a bit too slow, and the auto empty base only sucking out the system for a short while, when I feel if it ran a bit longer, it would clean everything out just a little better. I’m still very happy with the auto empty feature though, as it gets 99% of the dirt out of the main unit, it just misses a bit on the stage1 filter because the base only empties for 30seconds or so. If truly ran for a full minute like it says it should in the app, I’m sure all the dust would be cleaned out. Because these are small issues that could easily be resolved with a minor software update, I’m not retracting any points though, but I will be submitting recommendations to Eufy, whenever they ask my opinions. Overall, the E20 is a FANTASTIC robot that gives an insane value for the money! The main vacuum unit has suction that rivals a Dyson V8, yet that same unit clicks into the robot to give you auto performance that’s on par with some $1000+ dedicated robot vacuums! It really IS the best of both worlds, and so long as you don’t need an auto mop, I see no better value in the vacuum world than this! The only questions I have for now are 1: durability, as it SEEMS to be well built but only time will tell, and 2: long hair management, as currently both myself and my dog have short hair that’s easy for the vacuum, so I don’t know how well the detangle comb on the robot brush roller actually works, but if anything happens in the future I’ll have to update this review. 5 stars for now though!

First, this is not a bad unit, and we have been purchasers of one of the top brand names for years. As for that brand, as its upper end models have moved into a few hundred dollars for its best unit , I just refuse to pay just under a $1k for a unit that may not perform as advertised. Therefore we have stayed with the lower priced models typically sold at big box stores. Main complaint - noisy. Back to the Eufy G30. First impression - quiet. You can actually stand to be in the same room with it. Next, it does a good job picking up dust and such from the floor. The reason we start using the robotic vacs is we have pets, and this vac does a good job as did our previous competitor units Again, just a lot quieter. Also, we have stained concrete floors with area rugs. Great job on transitioning between the two. Now the bad though not terrible. The G30 uses a specific pattern to basically go back and forth. Our open floor plan with island and furniture in the middle of the space can interrupt this. If you have time to work with the unit during cleaning, moving stools or chairs helps. Also, still trying to evaluate how well it tracks along baseboards and cabinets. The competition uses a random pattern which leaves questions as well but tracks along baseboards and cabinets well. Also, the G30 doesn’t like to be picked up and moved once it starts. Assume it throws off it pattern tracking. On a plus, the G30 does clean well and seems to cover area well for the most part. There is no ugly. We are well pleased with the G30 especially for the price and compared to similarly priced competitor unit. Note: we bought this unit during an Amazon flash sale and acquired at an even lower price than normal. We do not regret the purchase.
