The media could not be loaded. Simple to put together and use. You get several attachments for different cleaning needs. The steam nozzle does move to angles for those hard to reach areas. I was really surprised just how effective steam is. It takes roughly 4 to 5 minutes to get the heat you need. No harsh chemicals, just hot steam for the proper clean.

I needed a steam cleaner by the sink to replace an older one as either the heating element inside or the release valve tends to go bad really quick, so this would have been perfect... for other uses, the short power cord would restrict movement and the heat doesn't last that long so cleaning something like a car wheel is quite out of the question(though for some reason they include that in product photos for multi-scene application). It does get hot quickly. I hear the boiling inside. I can reasonably expect ~1500w power going into it for that. But in the end, it's about what you can do with it, and it wasn't much. For some reason the inside isn't getting pressurized enough, making the steam release very weak. A strictly steam-only(an "airy" steam) release had very little cleaning power. I needed to tilt the cleaner a little so that hot water also released along with steam(a "wet" steam), which gave the moisture release enough pushing power to clean surfaces. But that also meant very slow and short cleaning spurts, not anywhere near the 15min claim. All in all not quite the cleaning power I wanted out of the box, and a tad pricey for a poor performance

There is barely any steam pressure coming out of this. I put my hand quickly in front of it quickly to see bcz I thought it was going to burn me. It BARELY got hot & in my opinion barely gives off enough pressure to do anything but wet up the bathroom walls. I returned it the next day. For the amount that this cost I wasn’t about to be stuck with junk!

I recently purchased the SUNNOCK ETL-Certified Handheld Steam Cleaner, and overall, I’m impressed with its performance. Heating up in just about 5 minutes, which makes cleaning efficient and thorough without the need for any chemicals — a big plus for those wanting an eco-friendly and safe option around kids and pets. Not sure about the temp it reaches but it is hot enough for all the messes i used it for so far. I’ve used it on various surfaces around my kitchen, bathroom, and even in my car, and it works surprisingly well on grease, grime, and stubborn stains. The handheld design is lightweight and easy to maneuver, which makes tackling tight spots much simpler than with bulkier steam cleaners. One thing to note is that, while the water tank is a decent size for household cleaning jobs, but make sure to empty out the flip the steamer upside down to get all the water out after each use. In summary, the SUNNOCK steam cleaner is great for the price.

Top-notch steam cleaner. My hands never got burned from this (other products did!). I liked all the accessories ideal for each situation. One thing that I liked too is that you don't need extra chemicals to clean, just pure water and you are good to go!
