The media could not be loaded. I really love my new jacuzzi it was not hard to get hooked up. It works well, the jets are strong with push the water and bubbling effect. A plus was it came with a cover and steps. I just brought a load of products to help keep it sanitized and running well. Oow almost forgot the light and sound system are awesome. Said it came with a lid and there was none, amazon gave us a partial refund and then we had to track down a lid. Now that it’s installed it turns on for a split second and then shuts off. It is not throwing the breaker. Called the number in the manual and they said they’d send someone in two weeks with a new main pack. It’s been over two weeks and still no one has come or called us. Had this hot tub for a week now. So far so good. Only took 3 weeks from ordering to delivery, which was impressive alone. The tub looks good, performs well so far. I took away 1 star for the following reason: The access panel to get to wire it up, drain pipe, and pump access is extremely hard to get to. You must unscrew the panels and practically pry it out. I was expecting some sort of a service door. Fortunately, it isn't something that needs to be opened often so I can live with it. The lights are nice, and the speakers are 'ok'. I like that the different pump modes if you just want basic flow or turn on all the jets. Overall I'm satisfied with the tub, and the price paid. Shortly after receiving it I was able to hook it up. Within an hour it was up 20 degrees! Fantastic heater and great amount of jets. Side panel is a bit rough to get off but unless you’re installing the electrical or draining it there is no need to open it. The only issue I had was that they sent the wrong waterfall lid for the product and customer service for essential spas said they can’t send the correct one. The only option given was that I return the entire spa and wait 6 more weeks for a replacement. I sucked it up and ordered one. I like the single filter system it comes with as opposed to the typical 3 filters. ... show more
