I wish it had real plumbing pipes, It is not insulated like all other tubs are insulated. And, for the size it needs more jet power. The lid does not fit tight. If I haden't already had a hot tub I would not of known these thing. The lights are really cool and the price was nice.

We have only had this set up for about a week, at first some of jet cover things came off but they were probably only put in for shipping, upon putting them in correctly they have stayed in. This hot tub will easily fit 5-6 people and has a convenient ledge my toddler likes to sit on. I was so skeptical buying a hot tub through Amazon but not disappointed! Also it was supposed to arrive June 25, it arrived weeks early (for us that was not a good thing but dont let the long lead time turn you off it may be sooner!) I will add pictures since I know this doesn't show many. ... show more

This is a very nice hot tub for the price. Needs 6 awg wire but only draws 29a. Very conservative and makes me believe it could be used outside in the cold (real cold - snow etc.) with less problems. If you order the 240v unit the heater is adjustable to high power. If you order the plug and play unit (120V) and adjust it to 240v - then no high power heater. The shipped unit came on a pallet and at 500lbs was a challenge to put in place. ... show more

it showed up 3 weeks late, 2 side panels cracked and wrong color, oh and the 30 amp/250 vac fuse on the spa board was bad straight from the start.

Amazon sold me a previously returned hot tub that had damage and is not working. I just spoke to the original manufacturer and was told this was registered to a different client which ultimately makes my service warranty null and void!!! The hot tub co was helpful but AMAZON SOLD ME A RETURNED HOT TUB! Use extreme caution! I am in the process of returning it myself ... show more
