Warning -- even though you might have read a lot of "Vine" reviewers here, (who received free products), they obviously did NOT take flash photos after using this powder, because the flashback is REALLY BAD news in the light shade!!. OK... This is nice enough powder and despite the color, it is translucent. I use the light color for my face, if I do set (since I often do not), and the medium color for my legs, if I use body makeup or self tan) One thing though--- upon flash photography it gives a weird spotty white look under the eyes, or wherever it is used. You can look this up on Allie Gines's YouTube review on the Candid makeup line, not the "Glow", but the original foundation and powder. I'm not getting my picture taken though and I'm very happy with it. It has a nice secure lid for the loose powder. Lots of ppl complain about it, but the secret is to NOT CLOSE THE EXTRA TOP FLAP as tight as you found it, when you first opened it. This is my favorite translucent powder, ever. I’ve tried drug store and high end for two decades and I am so happy this brand is only $6.99. Such a steal for the way it sets makeup and absorbs oil and has a very dry, matte, non-sticky finish (which is my preference is a setting powder).

One of my favorite YouTube personalities really liked this, so I had to try. I haven’t worn it a lot, just because I don’t wear makeup very often. It is a nice light setting powder, translucent, and helps makeup stay in place. I do like the packaging. The cover is a screw on cover so you don’t have to worry about it falling off and having fine powder everywhere. It has a perforated lid that is connected to the side of container that you can shake to get the amount of powder you need, or lift the one side to have access to more powder. It doesn’t have flash back for pictures, and does what it is suppose to do. The color I purchased is #001. It is at a great price point too. ... show more

I really didn’t think this was gonna make a difference because it was so cheap. That’s the only reason I bought it. But to my surprise, it works really well. I don’t feel like I’ve put anything on. Another powder I used made my face feel tight and caked on when I actually didn’t use very much. But this stuff wasn’t anything like that. I think it was well worth the price I paid for it.
