Great price shipped on time love the mechanical pressure gauge built pressure fast, metal toggle switches, and the retro aesthetic. Not too heavy, not too big, not too small, handles work well for carrying. Works great, easy to use, easy directions requires a little bit of attention and just little involvement. It produces a very nice espresso with good amount of crema. The steam wand is long , powerful and loud when frothing the milk I’m new at frothing but after using, I did run steam through wand to clear and milk residue so it will continue to work properly. Water reservoir is a thick plastic not concerned of cracking. Can take to sink or fill with pitcher Included with my purchase: is a thick heavy duty plastic scoop/tamper and a one and two shot steel basket a portafilter with the bottom half black plastic hopefully BPA free drip spouts. see picture I purchased in addition to this espresso machine: WILLIZTER Two-in-One Stainless Steel Coffee Scoop Tamping Dual-Purpose Coffee Spoon Powder Hammer Tamper Multi Function Spoon Holder Coffee Tools for Measuring and Tamping, Tamper end around 50.8mm works well with the both baskets. I personally like the espresso machine. It makes consistent espresso shot. Dosent take much time for the machine to heat up. So if running a little behind in the morning, still will be able to make a shot of expresso before heading out. The milk frother is a like tricky to use. At least for me, it just seems like takes time to master the right pressure needed to heat up the oat milk, milk, ect... The wand seems to be good, though going with a 12oz milk frother cup is better then going with a 18oz. The espresso machine is a very amazing great size. So if don't have to much room in you kitchen os space. This is perfect for its compact size. The retro look is just a added bonus. Really havnt had any issues. And love all the price, efficiency of great consistency of espresso shots. ... show more

I'm glad I got this machine. Apart from its retro style exterior, it fits nicely into my kitchen countertop. I'm able to make my espresso easily with the right level of control. The pressure gauge works great, giving me full control on how much I need to tamp down my grinds. The toggle switches are simple to use, and feel sturdy. I like being able to stop the extraction at the exact time (between 25-30 seconds) and control the taste of the output. The steaming wand and control dial work nicely to produce the frothy milk. I read the manual and found the instructions clear and well written. Good thing I already have a burr grinder and digital scale with timer, since these are essential. Clean up is a breeze. I just wish it also included a single cup filter basket, not just the 2 cup size. ... show more

Visually, the espresso machine looked great. I washed the pieces out and began the process of cleaning the machine following the instructions provided in the manual. When it came to cleaning the steam wand, it released a few drops of water and stopped. From then on, there was only a loud buzzing and clicking. The machine stopped pulling water from the tank and would not function in any way other than turning on. After doing some troubleshooting, I decided to try to contact customer service to see if there was anything I was doing wrong. Well, there is no customer support to be found. The official website does not provide a number and there is no number in the manual. The only customer support they list in the manual is an email address with typos. The only positive experience I can note is that Amazon is letting me return the item for a refund. ... show more

My old expresso machine finally stopped working and this one has a bonus of a water reservoir so you don't have to fill with water every day. It also looks great, like you are using a professional machine. Be sure the steam knob is turned all the way (firmly) in off position to get the pressure to build up for expresso to brew. There are two sizes of metal pods/ filters for your expresso. The water to brew is identical but the larger filter generates a stronger expresso. The end result is same amount of "expresso" brewed, just stronger versions. If you want same strength as a single you would split the brew into two servings. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. First I have to say, I almost returned this. I could not get it to work at first. It took a while to get water flowing through the system. Here are my tips. Leave the right side lever in the middle. Flip the left side lever to on. When the unit preheats, turn the steam know all the way. I had to do this a few times to get water flowing. Once water started coming out the steamer nozzle, then it all worked as expected. To be clear, this thing is almost all plastic. It might be the cheapest feeling espresso maker I've ever seen... but it actually makes a decent espresso. Way better than I expected for the price. I'm no coffee snon, so I'm pretty happy with this cheap little unit. ... show more
