Easy install, has a strong adhesive pad for mounting. Don't forget to check your GPS device's orientation in the GPSLive app before fully mounting like i did, that way your GPS can correctly display what direction the vehicle is going/facing. Monthly subscription at $15 (rounding up). Which seems reasonable to me. Device setup was pretty straightforward, was done through the account creation on their website. You then just log into your account on the app and it'll show every device linked to your account. The ignition state (on/off) feature seems to just detect a change in current from the battery as I keep getting ignition on notifications on my phone when I unlock/lock my car or open a door, triggering the interior lights. The app is pretty easy to learn, I just start clicking things and figured it out. The only thing I've seen that I think needs changed is viewing past trips. Currently it displays every trip during the selected time frame at the same time resulting in overlapping highlighted routes/trips. You can select a specific trip and it will highlight it a different color but it still shows the other trips. (Needs to ONLY display the selected trip and nothing else) UPDATE 3/17/25: opened the app today and notice the tracker hasn't been sending/receiving a signal for the past 6 days.. the indicator light on the GPS was continuously flashing(trying to connect). After looking up the manual on Google I found out that if that happens, you need to reset it by uninstalling the device or removing the fuse for 1-2 hours to let the backup battery to die and then reconnect it and wait a few minute for it to connect. I installed this on a classic vehicle of mine. It lets me know when the vehicle is running or at idle. Keeps a history with a time log of were the vehicle has been. Also shows the max and average speed the vehicle has traveled. The GPS seams to work pretty good in town. The one con is that there is an area near my house were the GPS doesn’t work. I bought this to track my crazy cousins who kept taking my grandmas car. It’s super accurate, you just hook it up to the car battery so you don’t need any batteries! I was able to track them down immediately when they were doing sketchy stuff. She ended up totaling my grandmas car and it still worked, it’s super durable. Highly recommend! ... show more
