This item arrived in great shape. The few bent areas were easily bent back into place. All the screw holes matched perfectly. I am a 68 year old woman, and it took me a few days to completely put it together because I had to take frequent breaks, but otherwise I was able to put it up all by myself. The only thing that I got wrong (user error) was that the nuts that went with all the screws were plastic, so I thought the nuts were missing. In any case, I put the screws in without the nuts and it wasn't a problem. This shed will reside underneath my porch area, so the weather isn't really a concern. I left the plastic coating intact.

I recommend a good electric screwdriver for assembling this. The instructions are pictures, so you really have to pay attention to out things in correctly so that later pieces will fit. You can do it!

For the price, you get a lot with the 9x4 kit. With this price, delivered to your door (ultimately from China), there can't be much profit if any. The kit is packed well and the instructions are lego-style and completely sufficient. The metal is thin so you will have pieces that are dented/bent. Most can be bent back into shape, but be careful because it is easy to over bend. Based on the style and value, I would have given this a 4-star rating. One major flaw, every piece is covered in a thin "protective" plastic film and it's a pain in the *ss to take off. The large pieces come off in sheets but the bent pieces make it a mind-numbing experience. This is a big kit and it literally doubled the assembly time. Half the time was removing plastic and and half was building. AND, the plastic did seemingly nothing. It's so thin, plenty of pieces were still scratched. Insult to injury, the scratches made it even harder to remove the plastic because the plastic was cut while scratching the metal. This kit would have been a strong recommend from me if they just slipped paper between the pieces to avoid abrasion during shipping. I suspect if you leave the plastic on you will regret it after it spends some time outside. Overall, it's as flimsy but functional as you might expect for the price. Its look is significantly more valuable than the price. I'm glad I have it. I'm glad I didn't pay much. I hope to never assemble one again. :) Tips: - Use the predrilled holes to help you align and square everything. The corrugated metal can be push and pulled to line up. I didn't have to drill any holes except a couple where roof pieces intersected. - Use a screw gun (obviously), but don't over tighten the screws as they will strip out. The screws are harder than the metal so they are happy to just drill the hole bigger. - Build it on a level surface. The structure is very light weight and doesn't have much strength until the pieces are in place. This means nothing will be square until screwed together so give yourself the best chance of success - Wear the gloves that came with it. They actually prevent injury and you can cut off the tips of the first finger and thumb (just the very tips) to allow you to grab and hold screws. - You will need a step ladder. - Keep your expectations low and you will be happily surprised. :)

The media could not be loaded. Instructions were pretty straight forward and easy to follow. Definitely recommend an electric screwdriver. Took me about 5 1/2 hrs to assemble solo. Built it on a 5x10 platform. I did not have issues described in other reviews, none of the parts were warped and there were spare screws, bolts, washers, and nuts. I would recommend this product.

I got the 6x8 and it easily fits my 4 bikes with plenty of room to spare. I'm 5'6 and have to duck to get inside, but can fully stand up once I'm through the door. I also built it entirely by myself. It took me a couple weekends, I'd say between 20-30 hours total of work. Its hard as one person, but doable with some creative problem solving. I recommend an electric screwdriver with a bit that fits the screws and bolts (same bit for all) and one that fits the nuts (just 1 size) it was a huge time and energy saver for me. All the pieces are lightweight, and before I had it staked down the wind slid it around, but I used stakes much larger than it came with and hammered them into the wood base I was building on and I don't think its going anywhere. Moisture does get in a bit because of condensation, and there are tiny gaps that small animals may be able to get in, I'll update the review if these things become a real issue, for the money though its not unexpected. It lost a star because peeling the plastic was a horrible experience. At one point I gave up and left the plastic on the smaller pieces, it comes off the large panels okay but the smaller pieces were so bad.
