I mainly use this one to cook breakfast. I need to use butter so the eggs don't stick but I think that's normal and adds flavor. Very good ceramic pan overall at a great price. Be careful not to use past low burner setting when using butter. That's just a general tip for cooking with butter.

These are the best pans I’ve ever owned. I have only had them for a couple of weeks but not one thing sticks to them. I even scrambled and egg with no spray or grease, and noting stuck. Things just slid out and clean up is great.

These were super easy to assemble. I do love them. It is non stick. Literally nothing sticks. Most things just fall/slip right out, I love it. Not heavy. I of course only use wooden/silicone utensils. Onlyyy thing is that although it says in the manual that its preferred it be hand washed, it is dishwasher safe… sooo it usually goes in the dishwasher. I do find that anytime it does go in the dishwasher though, the bottom of the pan where there is metal will end up with this black “film/coating”? Not sure what it is. It literally wipes right off or I can just wash it off with the sponge and it’ll look brand new again. I’ve also purchased saucepans from this brand which again I love but same issue. None of my other pots/pans do this. It is kind of annoying because it will transfer onto everything else and I’d really rather let the dishwasher do the work but the pros do out weight the cons here. It’s a great product otherwise. I’d give it 5 stars if it wasn’t for that “coating.” ... show more

It cooks evenly on my standard glass-topped stove, and it’s easy to clean. I really like the light color so that I can see how the food is cooking. The glass cover fits well. The pans do need a little bit of assembly. It’s easy. No worry about teflon scraping off into the food. I’ve been using the ESLITE LIFE Nonstick Ceramic Frying Pans for about a month now, and I’m pleasantly surprised with their performance so far. They are lighter than my old T-fal pans but still feel sturdy and well-made. The pans look sleek and stylish, and to my surprise, the non-stick coating works really well. Cooking eggs and other foods has been easy with minimal oil, and cleaning is a breeze — food just wipes right off. One thing to note is that you do need to assemble the handles upon delivery, but the process is simple and straightforward. Overall, these pans have been a great addition to my kitchen so far.
