The media could not be loaded. For the price point this machine is, it gives a great exercise. I have mobility issues and I started with the first level. Walk in the park mode I call it. Week 2 I switched to level 2 and wow it really worked the muscles in the legs. I could feel it from my ankles to my hips. Week 3 I have moved to level 3 and this machine really holds up! I like the portability of it as I started to have my elderly mother use it with her at home PT. The physical therapist was also impressed. Easy to use right out of the box, no assembly needed. Automatic or manual. It is quiet, the three programs all run 30 minutes each. It has a Remote control, but it doesn't always work as it should. The unit stays (mostly) in place on the carpet and has a variety of features. Great for leg exercise. I got it for better mobility. I also have tendonitis in the hip which I think it has helped. the settings are nice. it helps that you can pick a "workout" some settings shut off after 30 min. it is nice to help with movement when you sit at a desk job. it started making a squeaking noise i added a few drops of wd40 to the base and the wheels are quiet again.
