The media could not be loaded. For the price point this machine is, it gives a great exercise. I have mobility issues and I started with the first level. Walk in the park mode I call it. Week 2 I switched to level 2 and wow it really worked the muscles in the legs. I could feel it from my ankles to my hips. Week 3 I have moved to level 3 and this machine really holds up! I like the portability of it as I started to have my elderly mother use it with her at home PT. The physical therapist was also impressed. Pro tip: follow the guidance on lubricating the wheels every so often. I used just plain petroleum Jelly and no problems with the wheels.

Love this chair elliptical machine! I am 68 years old, starting to have hip and knee issues and this machine has helped me to improve my mobility limitations. Variable speed, not too heavy to move around, sturdy and fits perfectly under my desk. Has many features to track your progress. Only downside, the unit stops after 30 minutes. No problem, if I want more time, I just start it up again.

My husband is turning 50 this year and has started having stiff, hurting knees. He says this is a life saver. He sits in his chair, turns the tv on or plays on his phone, puts his feet on the pedals while this exerciser does all the work. He has told everyone that will listen how much he loves it and that it is a, "Game Changer!" There was no assembly required. The remote and buttons aren't really self explanatory so we just pushed buttons until it ended up at the speed he wanted. I didn't see much in the way of instructions but my husband is one who just wants to turn it on and it work and for him that's what it does. It increases circulation and he insists that the movement keeps him from being stiff and sore.

I didn't seem to have any strength in my legs--especially my right one. I've developed arthritis in my legs. Sometimes I had to physically pickup my right leg to get in the car. I was also limping. I believe a lot of it has to do with inactivity. I use this machine once a day for at least 30 minutes. What a game changer. I no longer limp and no problem getting into or out of my car. Both legs are a lot stronger. This has been my experience. It was a good purchase for me.

I ordered this machine to keep at work to promote circulation. I loved it! But suddenly started to make a noise and when oscillating it sometimes feel like something is preventing to oscillate. Does this have a warranty? As I said I love and it help me with pain on my knees.

I find this very substantial, yet easy for me (age 78) to carry. It doesn't slide or "walk away" during use. Once I figured out the remote, it's easy to start and I like the program that gradually increases speed and reverses directions periodically, then slows for "cool down." Last night I did 7500 "steps" watching a basketball game. It's very quiet. Nice design, and I like the pocket for the remote. I mostly use the program, but occasionally use manual, and resistance is quite stiff. I'm very satisfied.
