For seniors such as myself, I had to have help from my son to put it together and set it upright. The motor seems to work very well. and the remote is very well made and it works as it should. I would recommend these adjustable beds for seniors to sleep in. Sleeping on a regular flat mattress is not good for seniors and their health problems. With some health problems you need to sleep in different positions at night.
