Two part review..first regarding customer service & second the product review. First off, I had to cancel my order because I just moved & had forgotten to change my new delivery address but it was too late the bed had already shipped. The company (Lisa) contacted me & asked why I attempted to cancel..which they had already gotten their money so why care right? I explained my situation & she contacted FedEx to make sure they delivered to the new address…they did not have to do that plus she stayed in contact with me to make sure everything went smoothly which it did! I was so frazzled & wasn’t sure what to do..thanks to the customer service for actually caring that I wasn’t out an expensive item. Now as for the adjustable base & mattresses, chose the Split King Adjustable Bed with Mattress - 14" Luxury Cool Gel Memory Foam Hybrid Mattress….I’ve never slept on memory foam & I’m telling you it has changed my life…I went from a Queen size adjustable bed with a super thin basic mattress thinking that the mattress wasn’t the part that was important since it’s an adjustable base…I mean it’s bound to be comfy since it’s adjustable right? Well no, I had to stop sleeping on it & slept in my recliner (husband not happy about that) I have back issues so it’s hard to find a bed that’s worth sleeping on…So this time I looked & compared & researched…read many reviews & made my choice…it had come down to this bed & another brand…I chose the other brand & put it on my cart…but at the last minute something told me to get the ESHINE bed instead & I swear I could absolutely not be happier! I hardly even need to adjust the bed because the mattress itself is amazing…I sink in to it in all the right places…I have hip pain & could never lay on my sides & being over weight that’s the only comfortable position for me…but now I sleep in any position I want…whenever I move the memory foam goes right back into position & like I said being overweight that’s something I was afraid of because let’s face it…a lot of companies may take that into consideration but they don’t cater to it. Anyway…the bed feels brand new every time I get into it…I mean I’ve only had it month maybe…but still. I was a bit afraid of getting a firm bed because I’ve always gotten super soft pillow tops or whatever….boy was I not doing my back any justice….it’s definitely firm…it felt too firm when I first set it up but then I laid on it & realized just how awesome it really felt. I don’t know what more I can say…it was easy set up…the massage feature can actually be felt on more of your body & it’s not noisy like my other bed was when I turned the massage on on my old bed I swore we were about to take flight & the massage was more like an extreme vibration & not in a good way haha…so I highly recommend you give this a try especially if you have aches & pains when you wake up…like I said this has changed my life…I don’t have to scramble for pain medication when I first wake up haha! I know this is a long review & no I’m not making one red cent from it either…I just love it that much & know what it’s like to be in pain & even the smallest amount of relief can be a life saver! Size: Split King Style: Adjustable Base + 14” Hybrid Mattress
These are well-made, very quiet adjustable beds and not difficult to set up. If you order the "split king," however, just be aware that as stated in the description, what you are getting is simply two twin beds that you set up next to each other. If you have hardwood or otherwise slick floors, be aware the beds will drift apart, causing a gap between them, so you 'll need some sort of floor protector cup or other way to keep them from sliding around. Split king bed came in four very heavy boxes, but was delivered without any problems by FedEx, but a single or weaker person may need help actually moving the platforms and mattresses into the house. Remote controls work well and are pretty easy to figure out, and light up just enough at night to see the directional icons. Suggestion: keep the remotes in the exact place all the time or you'll end up crawling around on the floor in the middle of the night trying to find them -- without the remote there is no way to adjust the beds. I needed to contact the seller and they were quick to respond and found a way to solve my issue, which made our concerns about ordering such a big item on Amazon seem pretty minor. Not sure a local mattress store would be any better, and they were considerably more expensive for the same sort of bed. I would suggest getting the less-thick mattresses, however. We thought the better mattress would be more comfortable, and they may be, but they don't bend as readily, so in the case of an adjustable bed, I actually think the slighter thinner mattress may be more versatile, but I can't make that comparison with any first-hand knowledge. ... show more

I was forced to get a new adjustable base after my 10 year old Tempurpedic adjustable base collapsed on me. This base is honestly superior in every possible way! I absolutely LOVE it! Actual setup is insanely easy, you literally unfold it, screw in the 6 legs, attach the power supply & turn it over, that's it. Requires no tools & takes maybe 5 minutes if that. I had a minor issue which was related to shipping & NOT the company's fault, however upon contacting them they were extremely responsive, very friendly, very caring, they were very interested in details so if it was something that could possibly be improved from a logistics standpoint they would, they truly cared about me as a person & not a sale. The product is solid & high quality, the customer service is even better. It said to allow up to 2 days for a response, well it was less than 12 hours! Your only regret will be not buying this adjustable base! *Caution: it was delivered via FedEx & this thing is folded for shipping & it weighs 145lbs. It's a lot heavier than it sounds or looks. You will need 2 people capable of moving furniture to do this. ... show more

Came already done all I had to do was put legs on and plug-in .. very heavy and sturdy.. my mattress is a little too firm it says medium but it’s harder than I expected.. I’ve slept on mattress for a few days and one side is soften but still hard.. it came in 2 packages. Received mattress 1st and although I got email saying the frame would come 2 weeks later it came about 4 days later.. seller is great on contacting customers the best I’ve ever seen replies back in a hour for me.. wish the mattress was softer it’s too hard weeks later ... show more
