We just didn’t have the $$ for the better known adjustable bed brand. My husband has sleep apnea and an adjustable bed was recommended and we needed a new mattress! So I looked at reviews and we went with this bed. As others have mentioned, it is easy to set up but heavy so two people is a must. The split king fit perfectly in our sleigh bed frame, just had to remove the rails. It is so comfortable! Not sure if the snoring is better, but my stiff neck is GONE when I use the zero gravity setting. I would describe this mattered as a soft medium. Not hard at all, but also not sink in soft. As said, So Comfy!!! No smell when unpacked and was fluffed up in less than 6 hours. Frame feels solid. It is super quiet when adjusting with the remote.

My husband and I, both in our 60s were able to get this into the house and put it together. Straight forward, no complications, easy assembly. It is heavy. The mattresses are firm but comfortable and the base worked perfectly. Motors are quiet. We're happy!

It has been over a year since I purchased this bed. It is still quiet when I lift my head and feet. You will have to push the mattress from the side, back towards the middle of the bed sometimes because it does move around after you elevate then go flat. It is comfortable, not too firm and not too soft. I really can't say if it has circulation that helps when you cool when I start to sweat at night, because I still sweat. I do like having the coils along with the memory foam in the mattress and not just all memory foam I have a bone spur in one of my hips, and sleeping on the regular mattress increased the pain. This mattress is such a delight to have because no more hip pain and my back pain is gone. We purchased the king split because we previously had a California king. Very thankful I got the split because these bed bases are very heavy, even for 2 people, plus going up steps. This was so easy to put together. Just a matter of screwing on the legs, and hooking up the power cords. The reason I gave it 4 stars was because we let the twin mattresses regain their size before we put them on the bed. We let them do that for 4 days. When we put them on the even bases, we found that one mattress was well over an inch taller than the other mattress, so the mattresses are not flush even. That was very disappointing because after 1 year, they still are not flush. It is very disappointing because I spent so much money on this bed. There was no way I could possibly have sent these mattresses back because I couldn't get them into their original packaging to ship. All in all, I like the bed, no more pain, but can't roll to the other side of the bed without falling onto the other mattress. It is not an even roll to the other side of the bed.

This bed is sturdy. Easy to set up although it is heavy. Customer service was amazing. They reached out before I received the product and let me know it would come on 2 different days. Both mattresses expanded fully and equally. I will purchase something for the gap between the beds, easy fix.

Like it, split king might not be for everyone. First off delivery will come on different days in multiple boxes. Frames are heavy. Delivery spread over 4 days. Split king was 2 frame boxes and 2 mattress boxes. Assembly was easy but really needs more printed directions. Frame unfolded needed no tools. Frame is solid not plastic actual welded metal. Legs are sturdy but will slide on wood floor have to find rubber caster feet in that case. Comfort: excellent. Firmness is the real question it’s hard to describe have owned other foam type mattress this one is different material. In good way. Best description is medium firm with is soft. Yeah real hard to put into words. Now why split king might be the down fall for some. The gap In between is large. If you have pets the full size non split mattress would be better. Also there is no attachments between the two frames on slips king supplied. Frames can wonder apart. I used zip ties to link frames. Now if you are taller then 6 feet might not work for you. Why is because the fold of bed is such that if you only raise back it forces my feet to hang over edge. Now if you raise feet and back then feet don’t hang over. So am I happy with purchase YES. Would I purchase again YES. I need an adjustable bed for health problems. It has helped solving issues with flat beds. Should you buy? Yes it’s a mid grade one, not the least and not the fanciest.

The media could not be loaded. The Bed itself is A 1O/1O Easy To Set Up w/ Another Person ( You Cannot Do This By Yourself ) The Mattress Is GREAT. I Only Put 3 Stars Because The People From Eshine Had Bad Communication. At First They Email You Replying Quick Then it’s Like Every 12 Hours. So The Mattress Ships Separately Which is Totally Fine That Came about 4 Days Heavy Box Lol . The Bed itself Took about 4 Weeks The People That Usually Delivers The Bed Frame is A Third Party. Eshine Company Gave Them My Wrong Number after i Stated That Was The incorrect Number. So When They Was Reaching Out To Me They Never Gotten No Response i Had To Do My Own Research To Contact The Delivery People To Give Them My Number and Set Up A Delivery Date. On The Actual Date it Was Supposed To Be Delivered They Called Me & Told Me They Had To Reschedule Because The Driver Van Broke Down Rescheduled Me For The Next Day, Next Day Came & it Was The Same Thing i Damn Near Hung The Phone On Them Smh. It Came The Following Day & When The Driver Came i asked if His Van Broke Down He Said No. So I’m Confused. I Only Waited So Long Because The Company Eshine Refunded Me $1OO. Which isn’t a lot Compared To What i Went Through. I Want To Order A Bed Like This For My Grandmother But i Might Try A Different Company. Anyways i Do Love My Bed Horrible Service Though .
