Read reviews - many people had to do repairs before their bed worked - can you do repairs under a bed - I cant. Don't expect fairness on a defective item return. The base arrived with a 3” tear in the fabric. The shipping box had no corresponding damage. So it was shipped this way. It’s very heavy. Returning it will be expensive and very difficult. I guess they figure since it’s so heavy we will just overlook the tear rather than deal with a return. Also an important bolt is missing so it does not work. I sent a message to the seller and there response was to send me a return label that that is not paid for - I must pay for shipping back the defective back to them and the mattress. How can anyone get one of those mattresses squished up enough to send? I am trying to contact Amazon about this but so far I cant figure out how. Update - seller gave me a $80 refund and I asked my neighbor to help find a bolt - he did and it is fixed - it was a common bolt size. Update 1 week later - I notice that the matters frame is not going flat when i push the flat button - the foot part does bot go flat. I am asking my neighbor - again - to take a look at this. If he cant see what is wrong I will have to contact seller again. I bought the top of the line so I would not have problems - big mistake!

Remote has lots of features to have a flashlight, control light under bed (great to find my house shoes when I wake up in dark), control raising and lowering of everything individually - upper, lower, lumbar, and pillow end. The remote even has a anti-snore position and a Flat button to automatically return all positions to flat so you can make the bed for the day. I am so glad I chose the frame that controls pillow and lumbar. I have every position needed for sleeping, reading or watching TV (or eating). The frame also has USB ports on both undersides of Queen bed (even C port). I bought the queen mattress too - very comfortable, medium firm hybrid.
