  • Love these strings...
Style: Custom Light (11.5-54) Size: Single Pack
I recently re-strung my acoustic guitar with Ernie Ball Earthwood Custom Light Phosphor Bronze Acoustic Guitar Strings, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the results. These strings have reinvigorated my playing experience in every way possible. The Custom Light gauge strikes a perfect balance between playability and tonal richness. These strings are incredibly easy on the fingers, making chord changes and intricate fingerpicking a breeze. But it's not just about ease – the tone they produce is absolutely fantastic. The phosphor bronze construction provides a warm, well-rounded sound with just the right amount of brightness, making my guitar sing like never before. One of the standout features of these strings is their durability. Even after extended playing sessions, they maintain their tone and intonation exceptionally well. This is a crucial factor for me, as it means I can spend more time playing and less time restringing. Ernie Ball is known for its quality, and it's evident with these strings. They are consistent in terms of gauge and tone, and I have yet to encounter a dud in any of the sets I've purchased. It's this level of reliability that keeps me coming back. As a guitarist, it's essential to have strings that inspire you, and Ernie Ball Earthwood Custom Light Phosphor Bronze Acoustic Guitar Strings do just that. They offer the ideal blend of comfort, durability, and beautiful tone. Whether you're a seasoned musician or a beginner, I wholeheartedly recommend giving these strings a try. They've certainly breathed new life into my playing, and I can't wait to see where they take your music! ... show more

  • Amazing quality
Style: Light (11-52) Size: Single Pack
First time restringing a guitar and I really researched what the best acoustic strings that would work best with my guitar. I have a Franciscan and I really wanted to get strings that would work well with it and in my search these were usually the ones I saw recommended. I have to say I really enjoy the quality! The sound is great, easy to install, and I like the brass look of them as well. ... show more

  • Strings are great
Style: Rock & Blues (10-52) Size: Single Pack
Son loves them, have a perfect tone for him, and said they feel great. Amazon shopping was 1.5 weeks late as usua. Can’t rely on them and their ship dates

  • Decent tone for a light string.
Style: Custom Light (11.5-54) Size: 3-Pack
Easier on the fingers than heavier strings, but also a bit lacking in full bodied tone. It’s a compromise. For recording, many tones don’t translate. The full rich tone that you love can’t be heard in the mix, so lighter strings are easier and more bendable.

  • They are great guitar strungs
Style: Medium Light (12-54) Size: 4-Pack
I have used Ernie Ball strings exclusively for over 50 years. They are packaged well, hold their tone better than any other string on the market, and are value priced. You can never go wrong with these strings.

  • Great strings!
Style: Rock & Blues (10-52) Size: Single Pack
I play semiprofessionally, acoustic classic rock covers mostly. I also handle acoustic leads. This set of strings is better than many I have used in the past 30 years. I did give them a 4 on longevity however I have never seen a five so there is that. I do use them on a Alveraz, a Takaminie as well as a lesser known brand, Orangewood. Even though they are a lighter string they have a nicer sound than any light string I have used. Play it like you mean it! ... show more

  • I wish I had bought these sooner.
Style: Custom Medium (12.5-56) Size: Single Pack
They sound great. Stay in tune and are smooth playing. I usually use light guage on my Martin but these custom medium Earthwoods are some of the best strings I’ve ever used. I’ll be buying them again.
